I've for the past month done manual traction throughout the days. I do it Monday to Friday and Sat, Sun, I rest. I've for the past 2 days felt some soreness and have been resting. Is this normal or should I quit? I def do not want to further damage myself. The soreness can be felt both when flaccid and erect. I've tried a device and just couldn't keep up with it.

Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

I would not suggest manual traction at all. How can you measure the force that you are pulling?  I know some say it worked for them and that is great, but just how may have been damaged by it?  If you are looking for traction you should invest in a device that will give you a measured constant stretch - either the Restorex or PMP.

Vit E400mg, COQ10, Heat Therapy, Penimaster, Pentox, Cialis, Restorex
SNHL 7/2020 - Stopped all Meds because ototoxicity  Heat/traction/VED are working. CPPS Diagnosis - Stable :)

You are probably right but it seems the soreness has went away from just 3 days rest. I imagine it can be easy to cause further damage by doing this but I'm basically just pulling it until I feel a comfortable stretch. Problem is I've tried a sizegenetics device and just couldn't keep up with it. The slippage, the whole process of having to put it on and taking it off to get blood back to the head was just too much of a hassle. I'm sadly not motivated enough to keep putting that on and also from that one I experienced soreness too.

Perhaps traction just isn't for me, I don't know. One part of me feels like continuing with this manual traction and see what happens with time and another part of me feels like I should quit before further damage ensues.

I think you should study the forum and read different postings about the Restorex and the PMP.  This whole process is a marathon and you need to have that kind of mindset. Look into heat therapy - it gave me a lot of pain relief when I was hurting.
