After talking with dr. Levine at my appointment he said that the penimaster pro if tolerated for about 3 hours or more a day should be worn over night. I asked about Night time erections and he said this should not be a problem, idk I'm still skeptical about wearing that over night

I had significant ED and did not have NTE's most of the time I was using traction, but I always went to sleep with traction.  It was the best use of traction time as far as I was concerned, and I have always suggested it.  My guess is that you will get uncomfortable after a few hours and learn to take it off while barely waking up.

Thanks hawk yeah it seems like that would waste my time the least, I have mild erectile dysfunction if any, I still wake up with morning erections that are about 85-95% of what they used to be and he said the traction will prevent the erection in the first place. Has anyone worn it overnight before with NTE's Levine claimed it was extremely low risk and to not worry

I'm pretty sure they reccommend do not wear it while asleep. Although it might be a 'great use of time' you will not know if you are pulling it to tight. On top of that, the directions tell you 2 hours at a time, tops, and than you should take a break.

It says you can wear it while sleeping on the instructions, and dr. Levine said it is okay granted it's okay if you can tolerate 3 hours he said the additional time will not hurt. He said the more traction the better

I agree. The more the better. But wearing it over-night when you literally have NO CONTROL over your erections. Nah bro. Seems very ignorant to me. I would never wear a traction-device over night. I understand it might not be easy to spend so much time in day time if you have a classic job, etc, but it's my 2 cents.

As much as I trust Dr. Levine, I just wouldn't try wearing a traction device overnight. If it is the only possible way for you to get your hours in, I might do it since Dr. L has given his blessing but I definitely would not do it out of convenience if I had hours during the day to spare.
