Asphyxia

Im experiencing curving and pain while flaccid and traction used to cause pain at first but now it seems to relieve pain(instantly) to some degree, im wondering if this is unusual or indicative of something.

Common. Studies show pain at first that resolves, while the studies also show that it reduces pain (long term).

Definitely helps my pain and others I know too!

I had the same experience.  I'm at 132 days of traction and my pain has greatly diminished.  I have no erectile pain at all any more.

My pain comes back as soon as i take off the device usually, it didnt help with the general long term pain yet but it provides an immidiate relief

Pain relief is good. Why are you wondering?

Since when do you use a traction device? It takes a few weeks to get totally used to longer stretching periods like >6 hours. With PMP, Tadalafil, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Arginine and Coq10 I got used to traction after 3 weeks and now I tract with ~600g. Sometimes I feel mild pain in my penis, but I'm maybe still in acute phase. Curvature improved and no loss of length or girth.
26 years old, first symptoms since August 2020, 45° bend to the left, hinge effect and pain at the beginning

Daily Tadalafil
Traction with PMP
VED with one cylinder
Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Tensiologes, Coq10 and healthy food

Only 5-10° left 🥳

Im wondering because i have read posts of people who injured themselves through jelqing like myself who claim that jelqing injury is a bit different from standard peyronies so im wondering how
I have no plaque and my penis can look and feel normal for a few seconds and then contract and curve and release, back and forth
So basically if i catch it while its normal and wait for it to contract/tighten and stop it from doing so then if i recall correctly, the pain also will be relieved somewhat, only when the curve and tightening is actually happening the pain is the strongest.

I havent read here about anyone explaining the details of the pain/deformity of their penis and whether or not it does that same thing so im trying to find out whats happening really.

Using traction for like 3-4 months, only recently started stretching with actual tension.
Doing between 600-1000grams
About 10-14 hours a day

Have you been diagnosed with Peyronies Disease by an urologist? Peyronies Disease is questionable, if you have no plaque.

Urologist said it might be peyronies and sent to an mri, waiting on results, but also many people claim MRI showed nothing yet symptoms are clearly there so i dont want to rely on it too much

By saying i have no plaque i mean urologist mentioned that he feels no plaque
