Hi everyone,

Been using the penimaster pro for about 2 weeks now and I've noticed that It always seems to grab onto a bit of foreskin as well as the glans. If I only get it to grab the glans, it doesn't seem secure and slips out after about 30 minutes. Anybody have experience with this?

I also notice that the hole in the diapgraphm appears to be more to one side of the device, and I hope this won't have a negative impact on the tension on that side of the device.

Any advice would be appreciated

I always pull the foreskin right back with one hand whilst inserting the glans chamber with the other. Difficult to know why you keep slipping out. Are you using the right size of sluice and diaphragm? Also you may need to fit a split adapter?

I also think you should try with the sluice adapter. PMP comes without it installed, you have to insert it there

According to the dimensions in the instructions I should not need the adapter. Is it normal for the device to grip a little bit more (i.e. onto your folds) than the glans? I would think just with the shape of a glans, it would need to grip a bit onto the shaft on your frenelum side.

You have to try. I need just 1,5 - 2 pumpballs and my glans doesn't slip out. You get 3 sizes, so try different sizes and combinations.

1. Pull the foreskin back completely. Put regular lube in the device (don't use the provided one its awful). Put the device on, release the first pump. Then keeping the green suction ball attached, rotate clockwise to disconnect but dont fully disconnect, you can now do a second squeeze and rotate in the opposite direction and do a second pump. You will almost always need more than 1 pump to be in there securely.

2. The location of the hole opening doens't matter, it sucks you in under pressure. The main working feature of the device is the rod. Keep the notches on the rod fairly even thats the most important.

I don't know why, but I really seem to be struggling with this device. Some days it works great, some days it slips off easily.

If I get the device to suck in the glans all of the way so that the head is inside of the chamber, the shaft/skin just below the glans is going to go into the sluice no matter what I do. Otherwise, the head of the penis just being held by the middle of sluice.

If it is okay that the skin/shaft below the glans goes into the sluice, I am still running into the problem that I'm getting some bubbling of the skin below the glans after releasing the vaccum. Is this normal? The manual says bubbling should only occur when you use way too much force on the rod connector, but I'm only using about half of the available pulling force.

A little bit swelling of the foreskin is not worrying. You have to pump 1,5 to 2 times to apply enough tension on your glans and if your uncircumcised, the foreskin can be sucked in a little bit. I try gently to pull out the foreskin.

So I've got a line of raised skin that has formed on the bottom side of my glans, and has been there since yesterday. I've been fairly light on the tension/suction so I don't feel as if I've been overdoing it. Most of my other lines/swelling have dissipated, but this one hasn't. Should I be waiting til this dissapears before I use it again?

I am using it for around 4h/day, with minimum tension and the rod extender and am still facing issues with swollen glans...

My frenulum is quite OK now, I switched to the blue sluice with the sluice adapter together with castor oil (never used their lubricant anymore) and solved the frenulum issue. I am using with the ballon, applying the ballon just once.

But the top of my glans continues to be swollen and hurting a bit after each session and sometimes this last until the next day... Frustrating. Any ideas?!
Thanks

A little bit swelling of the glans is normal, because the chamber and the vacuum sucks your glans in it. It's a bit tricky sometimes to reach the correct "power" which sucks your glans in the chamber. I use on average 1,5 - 2 pumpballs.
The swelling goes always away after 10 - 15 minutes.
The tension with the rod extender in my case is ~500 - 600g (3 visible rings).

@nolte

you use 1,5 - 2 pumpballs because your pump is a bit old/used, needing more pressure, or because you find it better to suck your glans really into the chamber? I mean, the max you can without sucking in frenulum/foreskin?
thanks

I don't understand your question  ???

Your glans have to be completely sucked in the chamber and the sluice should protect the frenulum and the foreskin of not being sucked in, too. Maybe you need less, if you don't use the recommended lubricant, which is in the box.
