Hi all

I have recently discovered a right bend of my gland by about 10-20 degrees and found a small lump on the right side of my shaft. I have already started with manual traction but ordered a PMP which is on the way. Watching a lot of Neo's youtube videos and reading on here, many people seem to prefer manual traction exercises. I guess I have two questions:

  • Is counter bending necessary to fix the right bend manually, or is a straight motion sufficient?
  • Is manual traction equally as efficient as the PMP for the same number of hours?

many thanks!
