So this is my doubt:
Why cialis before bed and not at any other time?
39 yo. Onset Oct/20. 25º dorsal bend 1cm before glans + high erection angle.
Pentoxifiline 400x3. Tadalafil 2,5. Vit E, D3, K2. Zinc.Omega3. Ubiquinol. ALCAR.
Traction with PMP.

It makes it easier. Take it once a day at the same time. 16 works for you? Go for it.

I believe it also helps with night time erections being the benefit from that time of day, then as pfract says, exactly the same time every day.

I use 2.5mg every day, and I have definitely felt an improvement !

Likely to promote nocturnal erections which promotes healing. Also the most popular time to have sex ;)
55 years old 5 months post op LUE procedure with Prof Ralph in London to fix 90 degree bend to left. Currently doing Traction and VED to gain back 2 inches lost in length, which is going well. Taking daily Cialis and having great erections and sex.

It has a halflife of 17 hours.
37 Years Old
April 2019; pop sound from BJ
Diagnosed Sept 2019. Possible 2nd injury
Have 2 very large plaques and loss of size and girth
Pain for 2 years
Tried VED, Traction, Xiaflex
Pentox 3 times 2.5 mg Cialis daily started Colchicine 2/17/20

Usually I take cialis before bed, but last monday I had hard flaccid the whole day (I don't know why hf came back again as I've been almost two months free of hf and didn't change my routine).
So I decided to take muscular relaxation pills before bed in order to relax muscles and get a good sleep. For this reason I changed cialis to the morning, to not mix both drugs at the sleep time.

I've been the whole week doing this, muscular relaxation pills before bed, cialis morning. The hf has gone.

Any of you have tried muscular relaxation drugs for hf?
