I been reading in the forum of guys injurying themselves with traction.
Are there any warning signs? pain? Numbness? etc
What do you guys think are the warning signs that indicate an injury might come, and how do you know if you should stop for a while or use less rods?

Are the signs subtle or noticeable?
I have been told that some dull ache/discomfort is normal so please specify on a scale of 1 to 10 normal symptoms vs precursor to injury

If you choose to answer please mention if its your opinion or if it has been your experience.
Also mention if its a traction device or manual traction you refer to

I've used the pmp only for 4 days. The first 2 days that I used it, I felt very comfortable with it and no pain during nor after session. I was very excited and faithful.

But the last 2 days that I used it, for unknown reason (as time, tension etc was the same as first 2 days) I was more uncomfortable (no pain) while the device was on but after taking it off I felt pain and the dorsal vein hard.

In between the first 2 days with no pain and the last 2 days with pain I had sex so maybe my penis was inflammated or irritated.

I'll rest some days and will try again.

I know it like this: I have painful erection on the places where my plaques are. If I start noticing more pain or pain at a new place (when erect , then I know I over did it.

Also if you feel very sharp pain when flaccid or while doing traction you should take some rest or lower the tension.

It is better to be too careful than to injure yourself again
Curve: 35°
Traction, heat, pelvic floor exercises, L-citrulline

Sometimes i feel some pain during traction and it goes away after like 2-10min, and it comes often, like 5 times a day
I dont know if i can call it sharp pain, its not that bad
More like a throbbing pain
But since it comes and goes i figured thats pretty much normal
Does it sound normal?

I have almost this exact same pain. The pain happens at the side and at the bottom of my balls, mostly my left ball. It's causing me to worry about possibly causing another injury long term maybe even worst case scenario becoming infertile. I also want to know if this is normal?

I had these symptoms from traction devices. Be smart and quit traction devices and just do SOFT manual traction.

I feel pain in my balls too, well actually in the ballsack, but i was referring to pain on my penis where the curve happens.

Manual traction makes me hard in 2 seconds and makes my pc muscles contract nonstop, besides im not gona do manual 12h/day

So after a while with decreased pain it seems like something went wrong yesterday, my muscles at my feet are always cramping but yesterday many muscles all over my body were twitching aswell, and about 3 hours since it started i felt a sharp pain while using a traction device, and now the penis is much more painful.

I guess it was an electrolytes imbalance but i dont know why this happens, maybe its the ketogenic diet(i do use salt)
Or adrenal exhaustion
Or the naproxen i started taking.

Muscle twitch, in my opinion has nothing to do with using a traction device. There are so many things that can trigger muscle twitch. Look it up online. Relation does not mean causation.

How exactly did you feel a sharp pain from this?

Mr man

Hello asphixia,

The only sign I know is when you experience a different pain to the aching pain sometimes normally felt. A sudden sharp pain however small is bad. Even if it lasts just a few seconds and goes away . Then stop for 24 hours at least..better 48 hours to have a good rest and make sure there are no further symptoms.

With traction, sometimes there are no signs untill well after a session. What you mostly need to avoid is overdoing it. If your using a device. Adhere strictly to the instructions and have a mindset that says 'its better to underdo traction then overdo traction'.

On every occasion when i'v experienced negative effects. One or more of the following symptoms have arisen after a session. Sometimes hours after. Swelling on penis, pain when pressed, pain when stroked, pain when stretched, or penis is more bent. Any of those. Then stop traction until fully healed.

With swelling, I always treat it streight away with a bag of frozen peas (or some cold dressing). The way you would with any swelling. Google how exactly to do this.

It can sometimes take as much as 2 weeks to fully recover or sometimes as little as 4 days. No sessions during this time, or you'll make matters worse.

This is all from experience. Traction seems to be an artform. My current philosophy is start gentle. Work your way up slowly.  I might post here to let tet you know how it goes, but am not expecting results for weeks or months.

I can't speak for others, but I found it's easy to overdo traction with a restorex device. Especially if your using heat at the same time. That 'super stretcher' is a double edge sword, but have definitely not given up on it (yet).
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

Along wirh my digestive issues i experience frequent urimation sometimes and muscle cramps and lately twitches, whenever this happens im becoming very lethargic, so this indicates to me that my minerals are imbalanced and this most likely affects blood pressure and circulation among mamy other things,
Thats my guess.
You can google magnesium and muscle twitches.
I continue traction when those symptoms appear because they are so frequent

At this point traction is less painful(unless i injure myself) than being flaccid and not stretched, so im thinking il continue
