Glans Engorgement with an implant.

Hello guys. I did write a similiar post of FT but, even if they are great guys, they seem to not be able to help me on this topic.

Long story short, i've got venous leak because of fibrosis. I didnt' have it before, so my issue is not in the veins, but rather in the tunica albuginea. I haven't a plaque, but rather a "fibrotic area" in the dorsal part of the shaft, approximatively at the middle of the shaft.

Now, i'm strongly considering an implant to solve this Erectile Dysfunction which is literally killing me and destroyed my life, but one of the issues that concerns me the most is that my glans, while flaccid, is REALLY SMALL. Then, when i am stimulated, i get engorged in the glans, but obviously as soon as i stop stimulating, the glans starts to uninflate.
I know the "mantra": many people say that "if your glans engorges before the implant, it will engorge after the implant".

But what about the cases where you have a venous leak because of the fibrosis which doesnt make the tunica albuginea able to expand to its full capacity? Will an implant, like a Titan, which crushes again the tunica albuginea and stretches it to the maximum, solve the problem and makes me able to retain blood in the glans? It is really important to me, so if someone has been there, please share and report your experience..

P.S. = I kindly ask to avoid advices like MUSE, PDE5i and COCK RINGS cause i already know them.

Thank you guys!!!

I thought I was helping you homie!😂

ahahah bro you definitely are, but many people on FT do not have Peyronie's/fibrosis so, obviously, their experience is limited to their diseases which, often, differs from mine :D

But i officially wants to say that: TDix was useful!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

First off, fibrosis is the same thing as plaque as is scar tissue.  It is little more than different terms for the same thing.

I think you can expect that your glans will respond the same after an implant as prior to the implant.  An implant that extends well into the distal part of the penis could possibly even expand and push blood out of the glans although I think you will see exactly what you see now.  Your glans may be a bit more full when flaccid but it is a subtle difference.

I hope so, Hawk. I've noticed that my glans only engorges fully when in full erection. When i will not have a natural erection anymore, i fear it wont engorge..

If it fills now w full erection, it should w the implant when fully aroused should fill out the same.

Ehy Tony, yeah, that's what people always say. BUT i've noticed that my glans engorges really well just when i got nearly the full erection. Before that, it engorges really less. This is making me think like the glans engorgement is somehow dependent from the erectile tissue in the corpora cavernosa and i'm really scared that i'll lose that engorgement..
Furthermore, i'll probably have to have a grafting procedure to cut off the sick part of the tunica albuginea. Will this prevent the glans from engorging?

There is nothing to guess about here.  the corpus spongiosium includes the erectile tissue that surrounds the urethra.  When erect it causes a bulge running the length of the underside of the penis and includes the glans.  It is completely separate from the corpus cavernosa chambers. An implant does nothing to help or hurt the corpus spongiosium.

Why do you need grafting?  An implant alone will perfectly straighten your penis

Thinking out loud, but after thinking about glans engorgement maybe people that lose it is because of scarring in the corpus spongiosum.
I've heard of guys using DMSO on the spongiosum and glans to remove scarring on the veins and try to fix the engorgement. Not sure how successful it has been.

There are a multitude of things that contribute to ED regardless of which chambers are involved.  It ranges fro nerve damage, to nitric oxide receptors being blocked by adrenalin, to low nitric oxide level, and venous leakage, and more.

As you can see Hope is VERY concerned with glans engorgement.  I think he needs to find a specialist, as we don't seem to have the answers
