So I've been attempting to use this device with some difficulty. My issue is that my penis in its stretched length doesnt reach my erect length. The customised size of the device is basically instructed to be based from the erect measurement. What happens is my penis length once I've relaxed it after stretching it too small to the device. I can't manage to stretch my penis, press the device into my body, and pull the silicone loop all at the same time

Also, are the instructions assuming bone pressed erect length or non bone pressed?

When I was using the andropenis last year, I would put the loop on first (pretty tight), with the soft padding as well as some baby powder (watch out for talcum powder since it might cause cancer).

Then, after the noose assembly was on, I would attach it to the rods. You need to have the rod extender in place with your "johnson" going through the blue plasic ring, but should put the noose on before mounting it on the rods. Hopefully that makes sense... Agreed, it is hard to do the noose part when it is already mounted on the rods. I would ignore the guideline saying your stretched flaccid length should be the same as your erect length - maybe try doing what is a comfortable stretch for you even if not quite your erect length. I am the same in that my stretched flaccid length is less than my erect length.

After using andropenis for some time it started hurting too much for me!
