I've had peyronies for years but 3 months ago it got a lot worse.
Been diligent using my jes extender several hrs every day and my erections are much stronger, the plaque feels less hard and my penis is straighter.
According to some study I read about the plaque had disappeared completely after 6 months of traction.

Has anyone here managed to get rid of the plaque and curvature completely by using traction?

Melting claims to have been cured by traction, VED, and DMSO.
I use traction + VED and have seen improvements but far from cured.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Yes! Traction and heat did it for me.

Yes, Traction sorted out my original bend, but for some reason, I developed an upward curve during traction, which I am now struggling to rectify with Traction and VED !

Figure that one out !
Peyronie Symptoms since 2016

45 degree bend to the left, corrected, but upward curve of 40 developed whilst under traction.

Soft lump opposite curve

VED, Taladafil, Ubiquinol, DMSO + Iodine + Paba, L Citrulline, Black Seed Oil & MSM

Did the plaque go away completely? How much time did it take? Which device did you use?
It seems like many studies have followed up patients in 3-6 months but reasonably it must keep on improving the longer you keep on going.

Which device are you using? How much time did it take until you got rid of the plaque?

I bought some counter bending thing to put on top of the metal rods tried it today and it literally felt like some of the plaque was torn apart (I've had several erections since so it can't be erectile tissue, no weird color on my penis or anything like that, it hurts more than normal in the area on my penis where the most plaque is. Did you use some counter bending attachment or experienced that feeling of plaque tearing apart?

Which symptoms have improved the most? I have it all a bend, hinge effect, hourglass shape, my penis hurts both flaccid and more when erect.

I'm working towards month 6 with restorex. I've noticed improvement lately even though the studies show improvement slows past month 3. I believe I might have improved the most in the past month. There are some outliers but if you have curvature over 20-30 degrees or more I'd say you're likely not to be 100% back to normal. For me, it's just getting to a point that I've improved and feel satisfied with. Over the long term my expectations have been adjusted.

I only used traction by hand. I use devices now just to see how my penis feels and to help spread information on YouTube. RestoreX and PMP are very good devices. Although I think PMP is the more reliable device, I actually prefer RestoreX with traction by hand.

It rid me of my dents, hourglassing, penile pain, and gave me back some length, girth, and erection quality.

I wouldn't say "cured" cause this word can lead us to a whole new discussion.
Well, there's a forum member named Monty that used hand traction + VED and had amazing results.
You can see the thread here: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,12271.0.html

I worsened a little my condition using traction devices but I have a theory... I think some traction devices pressurize too much the penis and cause a transient lack of oxygen or a lower than ideal oxygen level in your penis. This is problematic cause these devices are being held on the penis for minutes and minutes. So this, instead of helping, make things worse! A low oxygen supply favors fibrosis. There are more guys that had the same issue!

I'm doing now traction by hand (light, nothing rough. I hold it for 10~20 seconds and then release it, then do again...) and then VED for 2 minutes (pump to 80~90% max erection 2 times). Then I let my penis rest and go flaccid and do this cycle like 4 or 5 times... I'm feeling hopeful doing this cause I'm already seeing results! I was doing VED every single day for like 2 months without seeing improvements, now after 1 week of this combo I see a noticeable difference.  There's much work to be done yet, but I'm hopeful!

I'm kinda considering to try a vacuum device and see how much improvement I can get from that. What device are you using?

Have you tried a "standard" traction device that just pulls in one direction? I'm using jes extender, restorex is so expensive so I hesitate to buy it.

This one. It's a very simple device.

I haven't yet but I'm likely going to buy the pm pro device for longer durations. I would have bought that device first, but at the time I wanted one I only had to use an hour or so a day. So the new one I will wear at home in the evenings.
