Hi...like the subject says...been almost two years since the impact injury...the peyronies didn't show itself till last year with an hourglass shape midway down and a slight curve.  The most noticeable difference now is how thicker it is from the base halfway up ..not so much the curve as that is minimal...and the hourglass shape itself.  My question is ...traction work at this point?  Im on round two of shock therapy and not doing anything else really altho getting ready to start some vitamins and perhaps a vacuum device.  Side note...i tried xiaflex last year...did two and it was so painful i stopped... thanks

I highly doubt traction will do anything for your hourglass. I would recommend 2x VED per day for that. Also combine it with Pentoxyfilline. Vitamins probably won't do anything at this point but you can take vitamin e (careful with dosage) and coq10. I'd also add Cialis to help with VED therapy.

I would take the pentox and vitamins about an hour before VED therapy.

I actually use a constriction ring to keep the blood in my penis as long as possible to let the medicine get around in my penis as much as possible. Cialis also helps a lot. But if you're a newbie just start with VED.

You also want to do traction because it will help, but not as effective as VED for dents and girth.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

I just completed one month of verapamil cream to my dick shaft, rubbing it into the plaque.  My andro would not give me a recipe for it, saying there was no evidence it would help. But I got a doctor boyfriend to get me a recipe and had to have it made at a pharmacy compounding.  Don't I know what expected, but after one month there was no change to the angle of my dick curve or to the size or location of the calcification plaque.
One month probably not long enough for any real change, but that's my experience.  I don't plan on making another month's supply.
Nick, Peyronie's for about 2 years
Good results so far with traction, pump, ADS
Have seen 4 Urologists, each one worthless

I'm not in the exact same situation. I waited 3 months before starting traction and 4 months before starting VED because i was too scared to do it. I regret that.

I got a dorsal curve, lost girth, and got a large dent alongside the top right of my penis. Also my penis contorted clockwise slightly.

RestoreX helped a lot at first but after the first few months i didn't see much change in the curve. Introducing VED helped a ton and i'm now starting to recognize my penis again.

Never tried DMSO (yet) or injections or anything else beside your standard oral medication.

Makes sense-adding VED to traction. Almost all studies show greater improvement w multimodal therapies.
