3 months in now.. My first Urologist put me on 4hrs a day of traction with Pento/viagra.. Nothing but pain came my way. He also said "If that doesn't work I can cut that thing right out of there".. Yikes. Not what I wanted to hear! My 2nd Urologist whom I like more said that due to the location of my plaque (high on the penis right under glands on left) that I was only a candidate for plication. Anything else would be too risky. He also said that because of the plaque location Traction would just irritate things more. He felt traction works better for guys with bends a bit further down the shaft. Anyway.. Right now only my tip tilts about 20% and it's 3 months in.. Haven't seen much of a change. If it goes to 30 degrees I could try Xiaflex when it stabilizes. He said I could stay on Pento but felt the hype was pretty bias science and it prob won't do much if anything. That kinda hurt to hear too but I'll keep popping em.. still feels like I'm doing something

My uro which is a Peyronie's specialist and reconstructive uro surgeon by specialty, warned me off from traction until my case stabilized further.  He said it was just going to "piss it off."  I do believe he is totally right, when i started restoreX, i was real low and slow and it was enough to cause me more pain and worsening.   I really think traction is a case by case in the active inflammatory phase.  VED, on the other hand, has been very easy on my busted member, and I actually seem to have finally stabilized.  I just started week 7 today.

My urologists prescribed me potaba. He told me it won't fix it but will stop it getting worse. A few months in. I decided not to bother. The curve got worse. When I retook potaba. Symptoms recovered. Have not missed a dose since.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

It appears to be the same for me. Although now I am getting worse despite being on potaba
