Pentoxifylline + Sildenafil 71 days+ 2nd opinion tomorrow morning

Whew this thing is Marathon I've just begun the 1st 3 months.. I'm 34..I first noticed a problem after sex with my wife on the 1st of May.. As the erection receded it looked like one side was going down faster than the other.. By the 2nd week of May I had some pain during sex and started putting things together. I got to My terrific primary care Dr who got me immediately on Pentoxifylline.. 4 days later I saw a urologist who added a little viagra. I noticed the bulk of changes in curve between those 4 days. Even had what felt like a thumb print (indentation) on top of my penis under the head which dissipeared  .. I have a mild curve (for now) where the head of my penis tilts left.. I think my plague is low left side below the head. Weak morning wood curves slightly downward which wakes me up in a panic sometimes.. Luckily though The Curve hasn't really changed since I've been on meds.. However, I've had a bit of shortening from that left side.. maybe 1/2 inch. Was at 6.75in originally. I recently bought the andro-peyronie and was hopeful I'd regain my loss but the pain was too much.. I started out 20min on a low stretch a few days and was ok.. then I went up to 1.5hrs and was hurting for about a week +. Throughout this disease I've had pretty high flaccid and erect pain which unfortunately makes traction tough... I'm seeing a 2nd urologist at Dartmouth Medical tomorrow morning.. hopeful to get some more info on traction or VED as 1/2 inch length loss every 3 months doesn't sound great if this goes 18 ... Maybe a different device or slower pace with what I have will do.. I dunno.. By no means do I think I'm stabilized as I hear guys who seem good for 5-7 months and things re-activate. I can have my foxhole prayers thought right? If things stayed as is, I'd say I won the only lottery I ever need to win in life
