Hello,
I'm really confused about this disease and maybe someone can help me.
I don't remember hurting my penis in anyway but I can think back to some weird sexpositions in which I might have injured myself without noticing...
About 2 years ago I noticed a soft lump in the middle of my penis. It is still there and about  1-2 mm in size. Hasn't changed since then.
About a year ago I visited my urologist and I was diagnosed with "Induratio penis plastica" which is probably the german term for Peyronies I think?
He asked me if I noticed any curvature or pain and I haven't so he told me to come back when things get worse. He also told me that for some people
nothing further will happen, for some it gets worse and for some people it just disappears. Well, its been about 2 years since I have this and I wonder what will happen in the future?
I never experienced any pain or bending. I can only feel the lump soft and erect.
I'm 20 years old if this is important. Should I see a new urologist and ask for a second opinion?
Does anyone experienced anything like this?

Checkout the survival guide on this forum.  If I could give 20 year old me 3 pieces of advice it'd be...

1. Eat a ketogenic diet.
2. Gently manually do traction every time you use the bathroom to get blood flowing.
3. Exercise every day.

If you have Peyronie's and it's been stable w no changes in two years you are now in the stable phase and without another injury you should be fine without treatment.  Just be sure not to use your penis unless you are hard to prevent micro traumas.
