Ok, I started penimaster pro yesterday.
I logged probably 4 1/2 hours in all using the rod system.
I'm feeling a little apprehensive about it all. This morning the base of my penis just felt a bit achey, and last night, after taking the PMP off after my last session I noticed some redness just behind my corona, and a slight crease on my glans running parallel with my corona. I've heard some people on here describe developing a similar ridge next to the corona...
So I'm worried about doing more damage.

I'm trying out the belt today. I found attaching the belt to my leg didn't feel super safe, as the tension could increase suddenly if I stepped a certain way. So I'm trying a stretch to my right.
I'll see how many hours I can get tonight.
I've also had an issue where my glans slipped out of the device while I was wearing it. I'm using the largest sluice currently so maybe I should go down a size. Anyway, we'll see how many hours I get tonight.

Still, I'm concerned that this might just make things worse.

If you just started, then 4.5 hours is way too much. Ease into it. Go up in time each day or week.

I never strapped to my knee, as you said tension can vary widely.  Strapping around the waist keeps the tension even while moving about.

Oh.

How slowly should I ease into it?
What should I start at? 3 hours?
