I was wondering if every case needs a implant im only 20 years old bent of 30 degrees but i have pain lately even when flaccid
Im considering surgery but scared that i will need a implant

Def not.  30 degrees should still be useable and with treatment you may be able to reverse it.  Have you always had the curve or is it new?

I think forever but im not sure
But the thing is the pain only started recently
The curve is def there for a much longer time

You might try a NSAID for the pain or generic voltare gel applied to the penis.  Are your erections good?

I gues they are good but sometimes not but i think this is mainly stress related
because im under a lot of stress lately
i get morning erections and these are fine

Sounds like you're good to go, just don't use it if your not at least 85-90% fully erect.  Have you found any stress reduction strategies that are helpful for you?

Im trying but its a constant worry for my future
