Hi all,
Has anyone had plication surgery with Dr Gelman? I've heard good things and I'm trying to decide what Dr to perform my surgery.

I was looking at him for my surgery, but he doesn't accept a lot of insurances.  Dr Yafi works at the same hospital.  If you can't get approval for Gelman I'd at least get Dr Yafi's opinion on your situation.  I am very happy I found Dr Yafi

Look further down for the "had plication surgery with Dr Gelman" thread started by daved2. It has detailed information from him and others.

Whether you choose Dr. Gelman or Dr. Yafi, I think you are looking in the right place. Quite the talent pool at UC Irvine.
