I see no relationship to penile implants and this article.  What is the connection between a penile implant and a staple gun that misfires and causes extensive damage?  Do we know of a single implant on any forum that caused damage to the patient because of a malfunction?  I have never heard of such a thing.

Hi Hawk, it's just one example of the ways the FDA allows companies to bury negative outcomes when using medical devices.  Unfortunately, we won't know all devices that have this loophole allowed.
