Hello! I'll try to make this as short as possible.

I'm 32 and have been experiencing diminishing EQ since 21.

In 2010 saw a national health service urologist. He did the ultrasound test. 'Mild venous leak as cause for ED'. Prescribed 5mg Cialis daily.

Unconvinced saw a specialist Andrology team in 2013, same test but done a little differently - NO venous leak found. Excellent numbers.

Still experiencing ED and using the Cialis saw another sexual medicine specialist team last month, ultrasound again - No venous leak and no veno occlusive disorder found.

Psychogenic ED.

But really? I get morning wood about 3-5% of the time. Ok so that doesn't necessarily mean ED but one VERY IMPORTANT THING I forgot to mention at all consultations is the very small lump I feel underneath the skin on my shaft on the dorsal side (the side nearest to you?)

I also get pain after ejaculation.

I have no bend though.

Surely these qualified professionals would have seen Peyronies right? Or is it possible they all could have missed it? No one did a phsyical examination of my penis other than the ultrasounds.

Like I said, very small lump under the skin - hard to the touch - just a tad smaller than a BB pellet - not painful to touch - been there for years! - pain after ejaculation.

Help!

Paolo

Defiant, sorry to hear that.
It could be that ejaculation is causing inflammation of the pelvic area, are you taking any supplements for the pain?

Acetyl L Carnitine (including Alpha Lipoic Acid) will help with pain but obviously doesn't address the cause.

If your ED is Psychogenic maybe something like Icariin60 could help (World A.B.S), it is however relatively expensive.

I am 54 Years old and have peyronie's now for 3-4 Years, just woke one morning to find a 25-30 degree bend on dorsal side below the glans.

Hopefully some sort of cure will come in the near future.

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Would you say that sounds like Peyronie's or CF then? I'm so sorry if I appear ignorant. The pain hasn't been sooooo bad that I felt the need to take anything, more a dull ache that causes discomfort.

I'm trying desperately to get to the bottom of this all.

It's ruining my life.

Thank you for any help you guys can offer!

A lot of us have this. I stopped getting morning wood for years until I stopped porn and masturbation for a week or longer. Also vitamin D, oddly enough restored them for me, particularly D2 which is strange. Citrulline helps a lot too, I highly recommend it along with pine bark extract or ginseng.

My pelvic area also hurts a lot, and did not stop hurting until I stopped all sexual activity for over a week. I drank a lot of water and did reverse kegels in the shower and I think that can really help. For a few months it was very bad and the only way I could get over it was ejaculate while squatting every time I did masturbate. It was an embarrassing and strange time for me, but somehow by taking LONG breaks of abstinence, all the way until sperm would leak while urinating, I was able to reduce my issues. When I would masturbate I would literally squat onto the floor to relax my pelvic floor and fully ejaculate on to the floor. Yup...

Definitely try some pelvic stretches and stay hydrated. Try total abstinence (no edging) for over a week until you're going mad, and try supplements. If it's a prostate issues, low vitamin D can cause that long term.

Paolo

Defiant, NeoV is right to suggest Vitamin D2 as we don't in the UK get enough, particularly during Winter and working indoors etc, even better would be Vitamin D3 as this is more readily metabolized into a bio-active form of D that is converted in the kidneys to its hormone form.

Did you mean Cystic Fibrosis? (CF) on your previous message?

You didn't advise of any bend or hourglass as a result of very small lump on dorsal side, presume your erections are solid the entire length.

My condition started with dull ache before the bend appeared, the pain progressed until I had to go to bed early to try and alleviate the pain, after a while the pain greatly reduced, but I take a lot of supplements now only one of which is Acetyl L Carnitine
