Hi to all. I am new to this forum. I am 48 years old and I remember 3 years ago,  I had an injury during sex and acute pain that lasted for a few seconds. No bleeding or bruising. A year and a half later, I noticed my shaft was not getting as hard as before, then I noticed a curve to the left about 40 degrees. Now, I  have a plaque from the base till the middle with the base being very narrow and the curve is at 60 degrees.
I read an ebook from William Bodri on supplements, and I found PDI packages from Dr Herazy.
Can anyone help me to choose an alternative method to try to reduce the plaque formation?

I also have a mutation on MTHFR C677T. If anyone, has the same is this relevant too?

Many many thanks

Dr. Herazy treatment is not considered highly efficient on this forum (maybe considered in the snake oil category) :)
Regarding William Bodri book, I am not in the meditation so I don't know, I suppose he became reach from selling the books. ;)
In my opinion, first thing to do is to read as much as you can on the forum to understand this disease and to start treatment. You can start from here:
Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums
By the way, you have been to an urologist and diagnosed with Peyronies?
If yes, what treatment he proposed to you?
If not, proposing you to see one, best will be a Peyronies specialist. You may find one close to you here:
