I am 46 years old.  My husband was diagnosed today.  He is 56.  He has had symptoms for about 1 year.  He will be seeing a specialist next week to determine next steps and treatment.  We have no insurance.  We are self-employed missionaries and spend most of our time in South America. Right now we both just feel really sad.

Cola,

Thank you for the post. I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's recent diagnosis of peyronies.

There is a wealth of information here for you to peruse and a lot of helpful people who can offer advice and encouragement.

Please let us know, what we can do for you.

Research these forums, there is hope.

pentox, coq10, VED therapy and traction are shown to help and have helped many of us.
It takes a while to gain an understanding if which treatments are favorable and which aren't. Read around here and ask away.
