Hello,

I have seen Dr. Conners in Boston twice. First of all my insurance does not cover Xialaflex. They sent me to a specialty pharmacy called Acreedo. Does anyone have experience with them?
Basically, I am scared to death about getting the xialaflex shots. I may be faced with having to pay out of pocket. My curve is at 90 degrees. So confused and depressed.

Any help out there?

Thanks,
KDB

I don't have experience with 90 degree curves but I would say you should start the first line of treatment:

Pentox, CoQ10, VED therapy, traction.

I'm sorry to hear about that, but realize that there isn't a good consensus about Xiaflex yet, and lots of us on these boards didn't get it, and have no plans to.
Hope someone else can give you more advice. Unfortunately I don't know much about surgery to treat Peyronie's either.

As I have written in a PM to you, I never heard of Dr. Conners or maybe I don't remember, but the leading Peyronies experts in the US prescribing Pentox, low dose Cialis, VED, traction.
