My name is Ike, i'm 22 years old and I come from Slovenia.

About a year and a half ago I managed to injure my penis while hitting  GF pubic bone  during intercourse. There were no popping sound or sudden loss of erection, only some pain but not too severe. I didn't think it was anything serious, and i almost forgot that the accident happened, but after few days mild pain didn't go away, and besides the pain i also noticed itching in the penis and some trouble with urinating. I stopped having sex with girlfriend because we split shortly after, but i continued to masturbate(2-3 times a week). after about a month after injury the mild pain became severe , it was hurting so much that I didn't leave my appartment for almost 2 months, and no painkillers would help. Pain wasn't located only in the penis anymore but it also moved to lover left side of abdomen and perineum and testicels. Sometimes i would fell burning pain also in my left foot. In about 3 months from the injury i noticed what some people call a "guitar string" under the skin right on the center of the dorsal side of the penis, and it runs about 2/3 the lenght of the penis, but on every side of the "string" there is a 0.5 cm wide dent running alongside. The string could be touchable in flaccid but is more seen when erect, and is very hard. Not long after the "string" occurred i've noticed  3 soft plaques/lumps, 2 on the left and one on the right. they all come out of the string like branches and go around my penis and end about 1cm before urethra. They are more visible when flaccid, and look worse after ejaculation. I also developed an upward curve(starts at the base and the penis is almost parallel with my stomach) when erect, and it looks like the string is pulling the penis upwards. The pain is always here, it feels like there is something blocked in my penis, and i get weird feeling of coldness even if my penis is not cold, and almost all of the time i feel some kind of tingling. Ejaculation became very painful(now i try to masturbate once a month but even that is causing my penis to be inflamed for 2 weeks, and causing me all sorts of problems and pain) and the penis struggles to get all of the seemen out. About a day after ejaculation the pain becomes unbearable, the penis looks like its inflamed and sore, and i get pain in my left testis, pain in lower abdomen(it looks like the lyhmps  or something are swollen), tingling sensation in left feet, painfull urethra( it looks like the urethra is a bit narrowed between the lumps, but the uretrography( even if i could not complete the test to the end because of too much pain , so they couldn't fill me the fluid into the bladder because they said i couldn't relax, but really the pain was too much for me) showed no organic changes or obstructions in penile part), and sometimes pain or some kind of pressure in my prostate. Te pain gets worse if i sit or lay down but it's not so noticeable when i walk. I' ve been to 4 different urologist( supposedly the best ones in my country) and all of them said its nothing serious and that it should get better after time, but no one gave me diagnosis( one said i have non specific prostatitis, two of them said its probably just  psychological), so i came to the 4th doctor, demanding that i get an ultrasound and a doppler. Neither of the test was done by him but it was done by 2 different ultrasound specialists. On the first ultrasound(flaccid) she found a small hypoechoic region of tissue on the dorsal side. Then after a month i had a doppler with caverject at the other specialist, and she only scanned my penis on the side where the urethra is, but not the dorsal side where string structure is located, and she only told me that i have a slight venus insufficiency, and when I asked her about the lumps and the scar she told me that  even if i would have any she wouldn't see them. So I came back to my urologist and i asked him if he could get me on pentox or something for pain and he only gave me a prescription for some painkillers that again didn't do nothing. I asked him if i have peyronies and he said that he don't think so, but he neither gave me any other answer to what could be wrong with me and how to fix it. He also referred me to a MR(or MRI) scan of a pelvic floor nerves, and al the results came back fine. So my next apointment that i will have with him is in January 2015 and that is too long to wait, and i would really like somebody to finally give me the diagnosis, so that i could start the right treatment option. When i type "guitar string on penis" on google it also shows a condition called thrombosed vein so i'm really confused. What do u guys think it could be, and can u recommend me some good specialist somewhere in central europe? I'm very depressed because i cannot have normal sex life anymore, but right now the pain is killing me the most. I've been on L-arginine for 5 months and the last month on ubiquinol, maca powder, but thats all, and i cannot get the prescription for pentox anywhere :( Have any of u have any idea what would ease the pain? And what is my next step to do, because i'm tired of everything? And as for the guitar string, is there a surgery that would fix that or cut it out or something? I'm also questioning if the doppler with caverject was done the right way because the "specialist" looked like total beginner. Thank you for your answers and everything that is written on the forum, and i hope i posted in the right forum section.

Almost everyone on the forum faced incompetent doctors, so it is not surprising me how they treated you.
The string you are talking about is not unusual, I have one exactly like that.
You have to start treatment as soon as you can. I am suggesting you VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol (you have started already). I am cutting the 20 mg Cialis in 5 so I am getting 4 mg (not very accurate) that I am taking daily.
Many forum members benefited from Pentox and Ubiquinol to alleviate the pain.
I don't know how customs are treating Pentox in Slovenia, you may want to buy it by the internet. Be aware that you can find many scam "pharmacies".

Hello Ike. If you are willing to travel for treatment, this is the place to go: Penis enlargement surgery, Penisverlängerung, Induratio penis plastica (Peyronie's disease), Curvature of the penis - German Centre for Urology and Phalloplasty Surgery They are based in germany, and also have a practise in spain. They are light-years ahead of the rest of the medical world when it comes to treating Peyronie's disease (or as they call it - Induratio Penis Plastica). If I could afford to see them, I would have had the treatment they offer already.

I was very careful advising people to make surgery at the place you have posted the link.
They are doing exactly what Dr. Sava Perovic Fundation are doing in Serbia, just Dr. Sava Perovic has done it much longer time and we don't have no one on the forum that had a surgery with the German or Serbian team.
Dr. Sava Perovic passed away in 2010, so today it is his team doing the surgeries.
Also they statement:
QuoteOur success rate is over 90%
is a safe exit for non successful surgeries.

Hi James, from what I've read this particular treatment was developed by both Perovic and Konstantinidis about 20 years ago. So I'd personally opt for treatment at the hands of one of the original surgeons.Yixihk
