So here it goes... I have not seen a doc about this, was just doing reading online and stumbled across this page. Figured I would shoot this out to a bunch of fellas who may be able to give some insight. Recently I have noticed a small hard lump on the top middle of my shaft, can only really feel it when I'm erect, over time i have noticed it kinda got a bit bigger and changed shape. Also I have been getting pain in my shaft and penis head. This is as far as I can remember always when i'm flaccid.
I am a testicle cancer survivor (hence the name hehe) so it is concerning it could be cancer, but have not looked into that yet, I will be bringing it up to my specialist very soon though. I just wanted to maybe get some info from this board... did any of you initially have this same symptom?
Any info would be appreciated.

Because you are a cancer survivor, check out with your doctor the treatment I am proposing you bellow:
VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol to reverse the Peyronies symptoms.

James
Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

IMO, you need to get to a Urologist ASAP. The symptoms you describe do sound as if they could possibly be Peyronie's. If it is, you should be able to feel the lump when flaccid too.

The drugs mentioned are unlikely to cause you any harm, but you need a proper diagnosis.

So far, I can't feel it when flaccid. Thx to both of you... I'm kinda worried, haven't mentioned it to the wife yet, don't want her to worry. The pain is sporadic as of now.. usually not lasting long when it comes.

The point is that earlier treatment gives the best results.
Do everything you can to start treatment.

I'm like 1 & 1/4 sack...

About 30 years ago, I had a vasectomy, which as we all know is a simple operation, where complications are one in a million.

I got a severe infection, that resulted in nasty adhesions inside my right ballsack. So I had corrective surgery for the pain, got another infection (hospital staph), and nearly died. And my right testicle shrank down to about a quarter of a ball... though they tell me it still produces testosterone, and my test tests seem to bear this out.

But it's always been uncomfortable, and slightly inflamed and swollen...

I am pretty sure it's connected with my Peyronie's, though just one element. And it sure hasn't killed me yet. In fact, until the Peyronie's, it didn't even interfere with my sex life. But I think it's connected. But, so what?

Some people can feel lumps or plaque when they are erect. I can't--I can only see the shocking bend. But, the plaques is hard, and so am I, so what's there to feel? (That's just me, of course.)

I can feel the plaque when I am flaccid (in my case, it's more like a thin shield of plaque than a lump). I can't feel it when I'm 'hard flaccid.' The pain for me is along one edge of the plaque, and a little on either side of the glans.

But it took me a good two months before I could find the plaque! I changed shape--and had radical changes in my flaccid state, and levels of pain--long before Icould find my plaque when I was really, actually, loose and flaccid. But for me, and some others, part of the onset is never being really flaccid. You get erect, you come, and then everything withdraws and gets tight...

I really, really doubt that this is a cancer issue, but it's probably connected with that trauma. (A number of people have developed Peyronie's after prostatectomies, and that's not really logical either...but clearly connected.)

The only thing I can say with certainty is that most urologists don't know a damn thing about Peyronie's. (You can find the ones who do mentioned here on the board, and even they aren't infalliable.) But for your peace of mind, you probably ought to go see your oncologist or whoever handled your previous problem.

Speaking as someone who is one-quarter of a testicle ahead of you, getting onto Ubiquinol and Acetyl L-Carnitine ASAP is a no-regrets strategy no matter what happens.
