Would this be considered Peyronies..?

So about 1 and a half months ago, I was doing a series of jelq/kegel exercises with my own variations. And if you didn't know, it's the act of trapping in a lot of blood into the veins of the penis by gripping your hand with an "okay" sign (at the very beginning of your penis). And doing Jelq is the same concept, but you would then squeeze your "okay-gripped" hand toward the tip of the penis. Anyways, I may have "overdone" this "exercise" and thus may have caused my veins to have been damaged in some form or another...

I stopped doing those exercises a long time ago, and have never done so since. Upon quitting, I didn't notice anything different in the next 3 weeks. But in those 3 weeks, I also did not masturbate. After the first masturbation session, I noticed incredible pain in my left testicle area (I don't know if this is normal). The pain was both during the masturbation and even post-ejaculation. And this was when the pain started to happen. This pain lingered with me even during times when I would not masturbate. My left testicle (when sitting down or pressed against a wall or the edge of a table, etcetc) would hurt. This chronic pain, it would come and go.

Fast forward 2 weeks and I noticed the pain slowly decreasing in my L-testicle (both during masturbation and off). I still have pain/pressure when masturbating in my L-testicle but it's nowhere near the same level of pain experienced in those first few masturbation sessions prior to quitting jelq/kegel. PS: When I masturbate, I only feel pain in my L-testicle area, and not anywhere on the penis. (To clear it up, I don't feel ANY pain on the penis)

My penis does bend a little more than it used to, but that could DEFINITELY be the result of PE Exercises (I hope). If you didn't know, PE is a community of people who want to enlarge their penis size "naturally."  It's normal to shape your penis in a certain way by doing PE exercises. Kegel exercises produce rock hard erections (which are healthy for men and women if done correctly).

^ I mention this because, my penis when erect feels very... hard. And my penis produces a curve, but not a bend. It curves more than it used to. Now, with everything that I've said so far, I have no idea if this bend is caused by PE or Peyronies. That's why I wanted to tell you my whole story, because it just seems like things don't add up.

A week ago, I did an ultrasound on my testes and the area surrounding it but nothing negative came up (did not do any tests directly on the penis). And today, my family doctor briefly checked my penis when flaccid to check for any bumps but he said that I probably did not have Peyronies... The thing is, he was very old (in no offense), and seemed like he was in a rush. He didn't bother to check it when it was erect at all, so I have a hard time believing in that diagnoses.

Now, is it normal to have pain near your L-testicle or the surrounding area?
Is the harden shell that causes  the bend suppose to hurt when touched? Can that shell area still "bend" the opposite way if you really wanted to (without injury)? Or is that shell supposed to almost be rock-hard solid?
Is it okay to smoke marijuana as an aid/benefit for people who have Peyronies, or will this hurt me more than help the cause? I ask because I smoke a chop/bowl everyday to put myself to sleep.

Please, any suggestions are appreciated. I tried to include as much information on here as possible.

You got an inflamed prostate.  It is called prostatis.  Stop stressing about it, you did all you can to check for peyronies.  Do you have hard flaccid?  It's when your penis is hard in the flaccid state.  Learn to relax your bc and ic muscles.  Stress makes these muscles tense up to.  Relax dude.  Give your penis a break.

Thank you for the reply Jimbo.

My penis when flaccid feels slightly a bit harder than before but as I have mentioned, it might be caused by Kegel which is intended to harden/strengthen an erection (and thus could affect flaccid hardness as well).

When flaccid, I can play around with my penis, bend it in any direction, stretch it, and there is no real pain.

No.  If your flaccid penis is hard that is not a good thing.  You are kegeling too much and these muscles are getting weaken by kegels.  Lay off them for a while then get back to do some very slow.  When your flaccid penis hardens these are the muscles spasming out.  Causing a slight curve in flaccid penis.  It's called cpps/prostatis, look it up.  Also lay off jelqing dude.  If you must do the semi erect and NEVER erect.

Jimbo, the condition is "prostatitis" and with respect, you're going way out on a limb diagnosing this in light of the symptoms.  Pain in the left testicle equals prostatitis?  I've had prostatitis, and believe me there are several more obvious symptoms - weak urine stream, irritation in the prostate, feeling of never emptying the bladder, painful ejaculation.  Yes, prostate pain can be referred to the testicles, but this is not a primary symptom by any means.

I'm not sure why you're jumping to this conclusion, but since shinigaml is under a doctor's care, I trust he's in good hands.  But yes, your advice to go easy and lay off the jelqing is spot on - guys do so much damage to themselves trying to increase their size, it's frightening ...

It's a common injury with jelqing.  I didn't want to jump to conclusions and said he had peyronies like I see sometimes.  He got the necessary test to check for peyronies and he came back clean.  Sure it can still develop it but why put it in his head he has it.  I've been tested for peyronies three times and nothing but it always can develop.  Op, just watch your symptoms.  If you have prostatius or any pelvic floor issues stress will make these symptoms worst.

Thanks for all the help. I'm hoping I don't have anything too serious.. I mean, I have like 1 or 2 symptoms each from several possible medical conditions. I would look at Peyonies and be like, "Yep, I probably have these 2 symptoms, but the rest is just a mystery to me..." And then I'd look like Prostatis and be like, "Yep, this is definitely true, but... I don't have any pain urinating.."

Basically what it comes down to is, I think I'm overlooking this situation way too much. I know there is something wrong down under but not fully sure what it is.

Does anyone know if ultrasounds on the testes and the area above the testes (where the semen tubes are located/prostate???) will prove that I have Peyronies? Or Prostatis?

Jimbo

My opinion if you get this overworked from a few symptoms from overzealous pe your not made for it.  If your penis is over 5 inches you're good dude.  Women want a functioning penis rather than a dead one caused from nerve compression because you jelqed too hard while erect.

Ultrasound on the penis would determine if you have scar tissue inside the penis, but it would tell you nothing about the prostate. Typically, for prostatitis, a doctor would finger your prostate manually, causing you to express some fluid, which he'd then look at under the microscope to see if it's an obvious bacterial infection or not. Most often times, prostatitis is NOT bacterial, but of unknown cause. It usually just goes away on its own, but it can take a long time. I can say with a pretty high level of confidence, if your only symptom is pain in a testicle, you likely don't have prostatitis. You'd have direct urinary issues if you did.

Let's hope you haven't damaged yourself and/or caused peyronie's. Now that you've had a scare and hopefully a wakeup call you'll stop putting yourself in unnecessary danger of injury. Further, now that you've done some research on peyronie's maybe you can talk to your friends in the jelqing community and relate what you've learned on just how much potentially there is to lose. We too often are mistakenly under the impression that our dick is indestructible. It isn't. Once the damage is done it's too late......for the rest of your life, there is no "cure". It isn't worth it. you mileage may vary
