Hi everyone, my names matt im 35 married with kids. Ive had peyronies disease now for 18 months on wednesday I had the lou procedure done I know its early days still as im black and blue and still having some pain and discomfort.

reason for me posting on here is basically to hear some feed back of other men who have had this procedure done?

Im going to mention some of my worries now after the procedure these are

1 Being able to get an erection after im healed
2 how much length I have lost from my penis.
3 if sexual intercourse is any different  to having a normal penis
4 ive been circumcised also how long does take to become unsensitive.
5 the patch they apply can anyone comment on how this feels when healed.

im hoping someone can hopefully put me at ease im sure many others have experienced the stress this condition can cause.

thanks for reading my post and will look forward to hear from other people who share this condition with me....matt

Hi just realised its the lue procedure I have had I spelt it wrong sorry guys a kind gentleman called old man pointed this out. Ive basically had the plaque removed and a patch put in its place apperently its made of pig skin. So has anyone else had this procedure on here I would like to know how you found it? Please take another look at my earlier post expressing my concerns now ive had it done maybe we could help each other with our own experiences.

If anyone is thinking of having this prodedure done maybe I could answer some questions for you guys of my experience of the lue procedure.....hope to hear from you all soon....matt

I moved your post to here because has nothing to do with the forum layout :)
I think this is also the reason you didn't got any posts on your topic.

I am not sure what procedure you have had. The Lou procedure involves vein grafting. I did have the "excision and grafting" procedure where the bad tissue was removed and new tissue put in place.

I can tell you that healing is a long slow process. Don't rush it and follow your doctor's post surgical instructions. Sex did feel a little different at first for me. After about 6-9 months post surgery everything was pretty much back to normal.

First of all thanks james for moving my post were it can be seen im a bit new these forums lol.

hi les, thanks for replying to my post ive been so worried about this lue procedure done, sounds to me like you have had the same op as me my penis curved upwards quite severely was no longer pain but was embarrasing and awkward so here I am today 4 days after the op.

Must admit wasnt quite expecting as much pain as ive had ive been circumsised which i think has maybe added to things. My biggest problem is with me getting erections its sooo painful it doesnt go fully erect in fact it really doesnt get much bigger just harder which is also  worrying me because im now thinking thats as big as its gonna get.

Yes I know its early days but I cant help but worry that everything is going to be ok especially with my size.

although my wife has been very supportive of me and encouraged the fact that its only been four days and im still healing and thats why its so small!

Any comments would be welcomed thanks for reading
