Hi guys, I am a 50 year old guy. I never had any issues with my penis until this summer when I noticed that my erections started to look and feel different. 1) It started bending a little to the left after years of being straight out 2) The overall shape started to look like an hourglass whereas it used to be straight 3) It feels like it also curves up and down a little as it goes outward from the base to the head. 4) I am having a little trouble getting and maintaining erections. I went to see a specialist last week and he examined me, said he could not feel any scar tissue but recommended an ultrasound and gave me prescription for Cialis 5mg/day.  I am not too happy with the situation but hoping the Cialis helps. He told me there's a needle before the ultrasound so was wondering how much that will hurt. Can anybody tell me the answer to that?

From your symptoms is start of Peyronies. Earlier treatment will help stopping the progression and even reverse them.
I am proposing you to start treatment as soon as you can, a good combination will be the 5 mg Cialis, Pentox and VED.

The injection didn't hurt me just very little bit, others complained on more pain, but this is the only way to induce you an erection to check for venous leakages to see if this is the source of your ED. To see if you have plaques or not it is made in flaccid.

Thank you James. I guess my Dr would offer more treatment options after the ultrasound. For now he started me on the Cialis 5mg. Can you explain if the VED is to help correct the curvature or is it just for difficulty getting an erection? How you use the VED? I mean do you leave on it for a period of time or what?

VED is helping with straitening.
It didn't worked for me, but most of the forum members had straitening by using VED
Regarding VED usage, read the link bellow:

Also, the injection is painless.  It is like pushing a tiny insulin needle into soft butter.
