Hi,

I'm 26 years old. So about 11 weeks ago I masturbated and heard a popping sound from my penis. Just normal gentle masturbation. I did not masturbate for about 6-8 weeks prior to this. There was no bruising, swelling or pain. It looked perfectly normal. I tried getting an erection after 2 days and was able to get a decent erection and ejaculated too. After about 10 days I had trouble getting an erection. I waited to see if it would go back to normal and when it didn't, I decided I should see the Uro. So 3 weeks passed from initial injury and I finally got to see the Uro. I told him my blood flow seems to not go pass 2/3 of my penis, erections are somewhat painful and it's hard to get and maintain erections. He felt my penis and told me I didn't have a fracture and just suffered mild trauma to the penis. He said even if he were to perform surgery on someone it would eventually lead to scarring as well. Told me my healing process will leave a scar and for me to take advil, vitamin E and stop thinking about it. I should be good in 5-8 weeks. I got my testosterone checked just in case and it came back at 973 which was very good.

After a week, I was getting painful erections in the morning and over the past  few weeks the pain has subsided. Now I usually just have a chub in the morning and not a full blown erection like I used to have. Since I haven't masturbated I get nocturnal emissions every 10-12 days or so. I don't have any curvature. Maybe just a very slight bend/indent on it but that's due to the scar tissue on top of my penis. I can feel the slight indent on top my penis and it almost feels like it's segmented on top. I have lost about 1 inch of my penis erect due to this indent or scarring on my penis. I used to be a good 6-6.25 and now I'm like 5 or so. I feel like when I get an erection now and than go flaccid my penis gets inflamed(kind of like a burning sensation around the scar area). I went to another Uro today and he confirmed the indent and said it's  possible scarring on top of the penis. He said I might have peyronie's. He didn't seem so sure though because I didn't have the curvature and pain. I asked him for a doppler ultrasound and he said let's assume it has plaque what can we do after the fact. I don't have insurance and he said he didn't want me to waste my money. Prescribed me some Cialis 5 mg and told me to wait it out. He said I should visit a specialist but that guy is booked till January. I got an appt with him just in case. Basically what I want is my normal size back. I assume this scarring is preventing my penis from fully stretching like it used too and possibly preventing some blood flow as well.

From what i read it seems like pentox is a good treatment to get rid of some scar tissue or help soften it. I'm thinking about calling him so he can prescribe me some. It also seems like VED is also effective at regaining some size. I just don't know which pump is the best in my case and where to buy it at an affordable price?

I want to get this resolved earlier rather than later. Hopefully, I can do pentox, coq, VED and get my original size and erection back. I was also thinking about doing a hot towel massage on the scar tissue as well. Usually I try not to think about it as much. I don't have a GF at the moment but I'm not sure I'm comfortable with my penis in its current state. I just hope it gets better over time and nothing else develops.

I'm sorry to hear about all this Coolguy, I'm also 26!

My penis was also "segmented", and blood would only fill after the scar tissue (my scar tissue cannot be felt or seen). VED seems to have helped a lot with that a lot. My penis now fills up a bit better and when it's fully erect, I't feels much more whole, rather than in 2 pieces so to speak. I have only been uing VED for 4 days and I've seen a complete change in that department.

Read up on the VED information, you can order your pentox from riverpharmacy if you choose to use it.
The cheapest VED I know of (the one I use) can be bought for around 80 dollars from www.diabetessupplies4less.com
This is a single cylinder called Augusta Vitality (manual pump). If you can afford a 3 cylinder, that's the route to go but I am not the person to ask. Old Man can help you with any specific VED questions.

Also, I forget who recommended this, but I have to second whoever said it! Grab yourself a hot cup of coffee, relax, and head over to the VED and pentox sections and read up! There is a lot to read and understand, and one can find a lot of hope and encouragement looking through some stories as well.

Peyronies is not a perfect science. It's as messy as hell, and we are all trying to solidify it here on the forums. I am unsure, if one can expect to get their original penis back. For now, you need to start very slow and work with improving what you have. You may see a huge improvement in time. I'm also waiting to see what happens with my case. But I am hopeful and have without a doubt seen improvement, in particular recently.

Don't give up, and ask away and read up

Thanks V. So is the single recommended or should I opt for the 3 cylinder one? I guess I'll message the Old Man about this. Whichever would give me best results. Also is pentox useful only while you're taking it or do the results last after you stop taking it?
