Possible Peyronies, Cautionary tale

For over a year I've had some pain on erection, on the top near the base.  I though it was about time to get an exam and mention the pain aspect.  I found a female urologist and thought I might be more comfortable seeing and being examined by her.  The receptionist in her office assured me she was extremely qualified with male issues.  During the physical portion of the exam, she grabbed my member and squeezed it very hard between her fingers.  As her grip intensified, she probed deeper until she reached what I thought was a ligament but apparently is a vein that seemed to be where my pain originated.  She seemed to latch onto that like a pit bull grabbing on to a soup bone.  I felt an intense pain there, and it elicited an "ouch!" from me.  The pain has persisted since that time.  She told me I likely did not have Peyronies. However, to make matters worse, I went to get a second opinion (with a man) a couple of weeks later and although he didn't squeeze as hard, the area was very tender and became even more painful after that exam.

Now, my penis hurts while flaccid, and it's a very odd sensation, but it feels harder while flaccid as well--- almost as if it's being hardened from the inside.  I have no idea if this could be Peyronies or some kind of "strain" but erections hurt more, they don't seem to be as strong, and I notice more curvature.   I've been applying a topical NSAID, which seems to alleviate the pain a bit.  I've also been taking 300-400mg Coenzyme Q10 every day.

I'm worried that, if I didn't have Peyronies before, I'm getting it now.  Frankly the idea of sex is more painful than pleasurable at the moment.  I'm thinking of making a 3rd appointment with someone who's bio mentions Peryonies, and asking to avoid a physical exam and see if he will prescribe a medication as some kind of preventative in case I've sustained damage. Any thoughts are appreciated.

If I had to do it over again I would not see a female urologist.

You need urgently to get to a Peyronies specialist.
I really don't understand those doctors. Why they have not done an ultrasound test instead to squeeze you penis.
What is your age? Ubiquinol will help you more than CoQ10 if you are over 40.
What about Pentox to manage the pain and stop the progression if it is Peyronies? We don't have too much positive results from topical things.

At this point, do not be picky.  Male or Female.  What you are looking for is the best uro for your penis health.  Not gender.  The most important thing is comfort in the long run instead of when you are in the uro's office.

Time is of essence.  Me and I am sure many others in this forum would do things differently with the current knowledge.

Thanks for the responses and for the advice. I'm 35. I've just made an appointment for two weeks out, and will ask about Pentox. Right now two weeks feels like a long time.
