Hi my name's Dmitriy. I'm 25
and well I developed this curve earlier this summer in late June.
I sorta was sorta laying on my side one late afternoon, was turned on and well got that impulse to flex and I started to feel a pain on the left side after I did it. Perhaps because I'm overweight and there's more pressure? I'm 5'9" and 215lbs.
I ended up with a 10 degree curve from about the middle of penis.
My urologist told me to take a 400 iu of regular vitamin e.
Since August I have been taking CoQ10 300mg Vitamin E Complex 200mg and L-Carnitine 1000mg.

I would recommend you start the VED exercise to help keep your penis healthy. It will also help keep you from loosing size until your peyronies stabilizes. That can take up to 18 months.
I have posted the single cylinder exercise in the VED section. It only takes 15 minutes a day. Once you stabilize then you may consider additional therapy, depending on your condition at that time.

Dmitriy, welcome to the forums, I'm so sorry to hear about this.

I'm 26, and while I've had peyronies associated inflammation in my penis since I was 18 or so, I just entered the active phase of the disease 2 years ago.

What Jack says is right, VED really can work, just never overpump, make sure you learn all about it first.

It looks like you are taking some good supplements. To keep your penis healthy, you really need to get your body healthy too. This might be a good chance for you to get into some healthy habits, body building, jogging, or anything.

How is your bend? I really hope this gets better for you, please be careful from now on especially with masturbation or sex.
