I, too, have just signed up.  I was diagnosed with Peyronies Disease about 4 years ago, and outside of having an erection that bends to the left, I don't have any other physical issues. ( the angle is noticeable, but certainly not a "hook".) The injury to my penis occurred a number of years ago while I was engaged in "doggy-style" intercourse with my wife. I slipped out of her vagina and rammed her tailbone. The pain was unbelievable..and within 24 hours urination caused excruciating pain. As I recall, my doctor gave me a script for an anti-inflammatory and also referred me to a urologist. The painful urination subsided quickly and there was no problem in getting and maintaining an erection. Fast forward to a few years ago when I noticed what seemed like a new, and odd left-leaning bend to my erect penis. I had no physical pain, but mentally I got to feeling like the length of my erection was getting smaller because of the curvature. I consider myself to be of average size..slightly over 5 inches erect, and appearing smaller made me uncomfortable.  Contacting the urologist, he told me to take a few pictures of my erection and come in for an office visit. He wanted to know if either my wife or I experienced pain during intercourse..or if I had any other penis discomfort. ( we had no associated problems) That started a routine of 3 yearly appointments with more pictures. While I rarely saw the doctor..instead a female nurse practicioer, who specialized in Peyronies Disease met with me to discuss the pictures and any difference in  measurements.  ( Thankfully I am not a very inhibited male, but it did seem odd to be sitting down with a woman to look at pictures of my erection.) She gave me a brochure for "The Extender", which I believe was originally developed as a penis enlargement device, but showed much success in treating Peyronies Disease. I did purchase--think it cost close to $200, The Extender, and used for a few months.  I found it to be cumbersome to use the device. First, you can't wear it to bed at night, because there is a time limit in how long you use it per day. It is bulky, and has to be worn with very loose fitting pants if you want to wear it outside of the house. And unfortunately, my penis is very small in the flaccid state so I found myself slipping out of the harness on a regular basis. As I mentioned, I used it for awhile, but there seemed to be no change in my Peyronies Disease, which I guess is good. Either no increase or decrease in measurements at the urologist's. Finally, I just asked the nurse practitioner if, outside pain during intercourse, what other problems might be caused by Peyronies Disease. She said, nothing really. I told her, if I were single and in my 20's, the thought of adding a half inch to inch of penis size would be great, but as a 54 year old married male, it didn't make sense to me, to continue using The Extender. Also, she felt, that unless I noticed any significant change in penis shape or experienced pain or difficulty during intercourse, it wasn't necessary for me to visit more than once a year or take any more pictures. That was about a year ago and everything is fine.

It wouldn't hurt to give a 3 cylinder VED a try.  I have never tried traction for basically the same reasons you put in your post; I think I would give up on it after a short duration which would make it a waste of money for me.

The fact that you have come forward and posted makes me think maybe everything is not fine. If your curve causes difficulty with intercourse or with your psyche, then it is not fine. There are things you can do that have successful histories to support them. If traction is not for you, VED has a good track record. Also there are drugs and supplements. I encourage you to read and study this forum. All of us here have the same problems and we will share with you what we know( or maybe even hope) will work.

Peyronies is something that can begin to progress again any time.
For this reason, even if you don't have any issues like ED, shortening, girth lose and no problem penetrating you should begin to do something to make the Peyronies not to progress.
In addition to Norm advice:
QuoteI encourage you to read and study this forum
and maybe to give a try to VED to straiten you penis as GS has suggested,
in my opinion you may want to make a healthy living, taking care your blood sugar to be around 100 and taking some supplements to bust you health.
