Hey there. Good Question. It is a good indication but not the same. Erect length tends to be less a bit, but it varies by person

Restorex with small  rods burried is about 18.5cm from pelvic ring to  clamp edge.
Most users as i see use the long rods so i think finally there is a bog difference between them
