Hello everyone!
For several months I have been reading this forum, and I am going crazy.
Situation description.
At the end of April this year I had sex, dog pose, my partner sharply arched her pelvis, I began to feel discomfort and began to rush to pull out my penis, during this I heard a light crunch, without a popping sound. There was a second of pain, nothing more. There was no swelling, no pain. I did not attach any importance to this, a day later I noticed a burning sensation around the head of the penis and tingling, I decided that it might be urethritis and went to the urologist in a couple of days. They took a smear from my urethra, a urine test and prescribed a light antibiotic. I took the antibiotic, the tests came back clean and this confused me. By that time a month had passed, the symptoms did not go away and I began to worry.
I went to another urologist, also took tests, but during the smear this urologist was not as careful as the first. He very sharply thrust a stick with a tampon into the urethra and much deeper. That's where the real hell began, in addition to the symptoms of burning and tingling, I had shooting pain along the entire right side of the penis, a feeling of moisture inside the urethra, a feeling of a foreign body in the shaft of the penis, a feeling of squeezing the head penis, a feeling of scalding with boiling water, more urgent trips to the toilet, pain in the middle of the penis after the last drops pass through the urethra.
The tests also came back clean.
Trying to masturbate, I could not get an erection even by stimulating the penis, this had never happened before.
Then I remembered the incident during sex and I panicked that it was an injury that then worsened when they took a smear from my urethra.
At that point, it was already painful for me to walk, because the friction of the penis in the jeans caused a burning pain. I went to the urologist, insisting that there might have been an injury, but he assured me that the real injury was the "eggplant penis". He said that it was non-bacterial prostatitis, prescribed potency pills, pain-relieving suppositories at night and regular sex for two weeks. I followed this advice, but as you understand, it was a complete lie. Pain began during ejaculation. I was already angry, asked for a referral for an ultrasound, the ultrasound was done without an erection, it showed nothing. I also did an MRI of the lower back, but everything was clean there. I was in a severe panic by that time, it had already been 2 months. I went to another urologist, immediately insisting that there might have been an injury, although he looked at me like I was crazy, palpated the penis, there was pain just below the head, but he said that he did not feel any hardness
wrote me a referral for an ultrasound with an injection, it also did not show anything, I also took a sperm culture and everything is fine with it.
Now the beginning of the fifth month of this madness, symptoms:
There is almost no pain in a flaccid state, I am especially glad that there is no crazy varied (nervous?) pain.
There is pain during erection, just below the head, more on the right side
no pain during ejaculation
There is pain sometimes during urination, but not as much as before
The penis feels more rubbery, not such vivid sensations from touch
The penis looks longer, denser and denser in a flaccid state than it was before
After urination, the last drops come out only by pressing with fingers under the scrotum
At the moment, looking at the purity of all the tests, I am most inclined to believe that perhaps the nerves were damaged?
It is still difficult for me and I do not quite understand what to do, I made an appointment for the 15th with a new urologist, although I expect little from this appointment
At the moment, I am taking complexes of different vitamins, tablets for fibrosis, prescribed by the last urologist.

Also thanks to my partner for her great support all this time, because otherwise I would already be either in a madhouse or in the ground.

Now I would like to know if there is anyone with a similar story and who got better?

Welcome to the forum Knitting and I am sorry to hear about your situation. Please take the time and fill out your signature line ==>Signature Line. Then please download and study our survival guide ==>Survival Guide .

Sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. Also you are discovering the sad fact that there are very few educated peyronies Dr's. Now I don't know if you have peyronies from what you have discussed or if it is just an injury. Pain is an indicator that something is not right. You must also look id there has been any changes in your erections. Morning erections and when you have sex. One thing you need to realize is that you are now in a state of anxiety and worrying does affect your ability to achieve an erection.

Cialis is usually prescribed as it does help with reducing inflammation and helping with erections. I would say at this point be careful with sex and use a lot of lube and if attempting intercourse you should be rock hard. You may or may not have peyronies. I doubt if you have nerve damage. One thing I am sure of is that when the Dr swabbed your urethra there could of been some small micro traumas and these hurt.

Study the survival guide and hopefully you can find a Dr that will work with you. :)

Yes, there are changes in erection
Night and morning erections are not so strong
I need to concentrate on sexual thoughts more strongly and longer
Erection fills more slowly, and during this the penis first becomes very long, and only then begins to expand, and only after that it begins to harden as much as possible and hold its shape
Also, the sensations are more muted, if I am in clothes, I may not even notice the rush of blood and the semi-erect state, as if there are changes in the sensitivity of the shaft of the penis, I do not so clearly feel the moment of filling and expansion of the penis
At the moment when the head of the penis fills, I feel as if something is pressing on it from the inside and there is a burning sensation and dull pain (but if I palpate it during erection, I do not feel an increase in pain)
If there was masturbation or sex with ejaculation during the day, then the second erection is quite painful (the sensation from one round is now comparable to if I had done several in a row) The penis feels weaker, it is longer and heavy in flaccid state, also veins are more visible, less sensitive skin, especially on the right side, also it is more wrinkled (baggy?), before potential injury skin was always firm and elastic in flaccid state

One Thing I am wondering if it is a blood circulation problem? If you would have had an erect ultrasound the blood flow can be easily see.  I would still be cautious regarding sex, especially if pain is involved. You can also try heat therapy for helping with healing and pain issues...it does work.

I have already done an ultrasound twice
The first time without an erection
The second time with an injection for an erection
The ultrasound was performed in different places and by different specialists
Both did not reveal any problems with blood flow
I read that if the dorsal nerves on the penis are damaged, problems with an erection can also arise
It is also in a Long Flaccid state most of the time, not to be confused with Hard Flaccid
Also, at the beginning of an erection, when the penis reaches a semi-erection, I began to notice that the penis tilts to the left (this did not happen before), but this tilt is almost imperceptible with a full erection

Your symptoms allign with mine. And it is without a doubt a case of Hard Flaccid in my opinion.

Thing about Hard Flaccid is that there is barely any treatments for it except pelvic physio therapy. There is a very big psycholocial factor to this condition.

What happened here is most likely that after your traumatic experience during sex your brain thought you got seriously injured down there. This then leads to hyperfocusing on everything down there and hypothesizing about various different injuries and scenarios what it could be. This hyper focusing and worrying leads to a negative pattern loop which causes the pelvic floor to be constantly tight, essentially you are in constant fight or flight mode.

I developed this after Peyronies, believe me, more guys than you think develop hard flaccid after Peyronies. Seems like the two are strongly connected, more and more research is pointing toward this.

Strongly suggest that you read about Hard Flaccid/ Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome.

I read articles about hard flaccid and the difference from long flaccid
And here is one of the suggestions found on the Internet:

QuoteThe Hard Flaccid (contracture of the penile smooth muscle inside the Corpora Cavernosa) is caused by the contraction/pathological contracture/protective contracture of the IC muscle.

If the Long Flaccid has the opposite appearance (long and soft), then it is impossible that it is caused by a tense pelvic floor (tension in the IC muscle). It is just the opposite. There is an excessive relaxation of the IC muscle and, consequently, a hyper-relaxation of the penile smooth muscle, consequently, originating the Long Flaccid - an elongated, loose, soft, larger, spongy, dis-attached, hanging, rubbery jellied, floppy penis.

In Hard Flaccid, this symptom is explained by the compression of the Pudendal Nerve and because the muscles are already contracted (Kegel). It is difficult to contract a muscle that is already contracted.

In Long Flaccid this symptom is explained by dysfunction/direct damage/neurapraxia of the Pudendal Nerve. A nerve damage has occurred in the nerves that carry the Motor nervous stimulus.

Decreased skin sensitivity/pleasure in the penis. Hypoesthesia. Numbness (Ex:"Low sensitivity/numbness. I lost the feeling of pleasure of the outer skin of the shaft. It's like having 50x condoms on. Penis feels almost like rubber, even less sensitive than the skin on the arm. I can't feel the oral sex. I can't feel if I have erection or not. I have difficulty getting and maintaining erections. I've lost sensitivity. It's supposed to hurt to bend your erect dick, but during my worst long flaccid I could move my erect dick around easily with no pain. I don't feel when I have erection that my penis is erected.")
This symptom is explained by the decrease in Sensitive (Afferent) nervous stimulus (from the penis to the brain) through the Dorsal Nerve of the Penis (final branch of the Pudendal Nerve).

In Hard Flaccid, this symptom is caused by compression of the Pudendal Nerve through the muscular contracture that exists in the pelvic floor.

In Long Flaccid, this symptom is caused by nervous dysfunction of the sensitive fibers of the Pudendal Nerve.

In this case, the difference scares me, because as I understand it, Long Flaccid is much worse than Hard Flaccid, and I have Long Flaccid.

Yeah, I've read about this guy's case before.
It's just so damn scary, like you wake up one day and get an organ that's completely different in function than what you're used to.

I know. It's a challenge. Life is already a challenge as it is, then you get served up with this, the cherry on the cake. Calming down you central nervous system is a must with this. Overthinking and constant reading about it on different forums is only going to keep your body in that fight or flight state. Somethings in life are hard to accept, but sadly we just got to accept that this is now a part of us, and we need to work on it.

Hope you get better, do not give up.

Damn, I woke up from a nightmare today
I'm just depressed about all this crap
I read a lot of information here about guys with fractures
And I literally have the same thoughts as those guys
Starting from the fact that my life is ruined and ending with the fact that I can't properly satisfy my girlfriend anymore.
I'm scared of how my penis works now. Now my whole life seems to revolve around this crap, and it keeps me tense. I don't want to despair, but I just feel like this is a F^@$!ng stigma for the rest of my days. Sometimes I can only fall asleep with the calming thoughts of euthanasia. I literally close my eyes and think that I died and it's all over :(
Sorry for the negativity

You need to get a grasp on your thinking about this. You are experiencing the same thing all of us have had to deal with at one point. I was suicidal when I started this mess 5 years ago. You are no different. Your life is not over and you will make it through this! Stop with the negative S words and calm down. If you need some other interventions there is no shame in that. Get a hold of your thinking!

The pain has become minimal, but now it seems to me that there is a significant loss of sensitivity and sensations :(.
And I don't think it's psychological, because I was maximally relaxed and sexually aroused, but I practically didn't feel an orgasm
