After 5 years or so of painful manipulation my recovery is almost completely cured. I had hip labrum issues and my chiropractors treatment was like trigger point therapy. I found foam rollers and then the rumble roller....my hip was getting better and then I woke up with peyronies. A double twister and  plug near the tip. I was told peyronies is incurable but I still needed to fix my hip so I continued with chiro and my rolling and stretching. I then realized that my penis was also affected by this muscle rolling and stretching.
From that point till now I have continued with constant self manipulation. I have seen and felt the unrolling of the knots in penis and plug at tip.
As my hip is getting healthier so is my peyronies.
I didn't feel like posting for a long time. Depressed that my results were so sloooow. Didn't want to say anything till I had more confirmation for myself.
If you consider peyronies as a muscle spasm.....and my penis is all muscle....no bones...then we all understand rolling out a knot in a muscle. That's my cure for peyronies.
Hope is can help someone.  And Marijuana was my primary medicine. It seemed to cause blood flow to increase in my penis which helped with stretching and rolling. Neuropathic pain reliever was a term that helped me understand and accept Marijuana use for my condition.

It's always interesting to read some opinions of Peyronies and an individuals remedy. :)

I might add that marijuana use can affect a mans testosterone levels and therefore could cause peyronies. I am sure that my hormone problems were a contributing factor in my peyronies.

Your penis is NOT the same as muscle tissue, and Peyronies is NOT a muscle spasm.

I'm interested in knowing more about your hip issues I get pain in my hips as well and sometimes in the groin. I cannot sit crossed legged without it causing me discomfort and pain in my hips and sometimes when i am out walking I get a searing pain in my hip like a trapped nerve that stops me dead in my tracks. It usually goes within a few minutes and then i am able to continue walking. I am thinking i may have the same condition as you now.

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask—have you noticed any further changes or improvements since stopping traction? I'm curious because I'm considering stopping as well after some gains, but I'm unsure if the effect stays or fades over time. Would be helpful to know how things played out for you months later.

No Peyronie's is not a muscle spasm. It is a chronic inflammatory fibrotic tissue formation, very different from muscle spasm. But I can confirm your observations and they make sense (but not in a pathological sense). My Peyronie's is just part of a huge chronic psychological trauma with psychosexual relation. The main driver translating psyche to tissue was prolactine (twice over border value). Yes, Cannabis doesn't help either, it disrupts the HPA axis. But its not causal. What was causal was psychological trauma, expressing itself as a tension state throughout the entire body, chronic inflammation and expression in the penile tissue through prolactine and then when micro-trauma was added, the tissue was not able to heal without fibrosis. This is part of a full-body tension pattern in my case, the spiral muscle chain is literally pulling exactly into the curvature of how my penis curves. My movement during ischemic flossing doesn't allow for anything other than circling the body parts into the opposite direction. I don't think its possible to just heal Peyronie's, by healing your hip. But what I definitely see possible, is your bodily regenerative function restoring to a point, where you can deal with the fibrotic tissue over a longer time, when the hip chronic inflammation or whatever state it had was not present anymore or became less. It is proven (new case reports) now, that the body HAS the ability for regression, under some circumstances, its just not proven yet which they are exactly. PS: sorry if I said anything wrong and feel free to point out

I had similar soreness for a few days, plus a weird pulsing sensation. I didn't take anything prescription, but I did use a bit of (commercial link removed by admin) at night to calm down and help me sleep, which actually made a difference. Just make sure you're not overdoing anything like traction or stretching while you're still sore. For me, rest was key and things slowly went back to normal.
