Mak2025

Good morning everyone, I am really very worried these days because I am afraid that I will never have a normal penis again. My penis has always functioned correctly, both in terms of erection and ejaculation, I have always had a small varicocele in my right testicle since I was around 16/17 years old, but the doctor didn't have it removed because it was very small and It wasn't serious, however my penis worked very well. The problem is that my penis was very small, about 13 cm when erect and also thin (12 cm in circumference), so I started performing penis enlargement exercises at the age of 18, things were going very well and I managed to both increase my penis size, and to improve the quality of erections. After a few years of penis enlargement, however, I was still not able to obtain satisfactory dimensions, so I tried to enlarge my penis with hyaluronic acid gel filler, things worked well, increased my girth by 1/1.5 cm, the problem was that the filler is reabsorbed. When the filler wore off I decided to undergo permanent penis enlargement surgery, I had this surgery 4 months ago, the surgery was performed by cutting my suspensatory ligament and it was a medical silicone sheath (prosthesis) has been positioned, the prosthesis is called "peniflex" and is practically like the American "penuma" prosthesis, therefore it is applied to the penis to increase the circumference. fix the prosthesis to the penis they made some seams of the prosthesis above my penile shaft, just below the glans. After a month I had the prosthesis removed because my erections were soft and didn't last long, furthermore the prosthesis had made my penis look like crap and looked like a plastic penis, furthermore I had lost sensitivity on the back of the penis. When I had the prosthesis removed in the hospital, the surgeon who removed it told me that the tissues of the penis were not very damaged but an organic plaque had formed around the prosthesis, under the skin, and therefore now my penis would be was poorly vascularized, so he prescribed me a therapy with Cialis 10mg three times a week for a month, during the therapy with Cialis I also did some penis stretching and things seemed to go well, then when I finished the therapy with Cialis things got worse, so I injected some more hyaluronic acid filler under the skin of the penis to try to rehydrate the area a bit and to increase the size once again but now things aren't going so well, my current situation is this:

I get excited, but I feel that the blood is hindered from reaching the penis well.

When I am excited to achieve an erection I have to manually stimulate my penis otherwise the erection does not start

To achieve full erection I need a long time, even 10 minutes Once I achieve an erection, I quickly lose my erection if I don't stimulate myself

I feel some slightly hard veins or nerves in the inner thigh area near the pubis Obviously I still have some painful nodules resulting from the scars that were made during the peniflex surgery to fix the prosthesis,

I can feel these scars well on the tunica albuginea, but when erect these scars are not very painful, just annoying.

I don't have a curvature of the penis, I have a slight downward curvature but I've always had it because I have a somewhat short frenulum

During the night I no longer have nocturnal erections,

I feel that the penis would like to harden because I am excited but I feel the blood flow is very hindered.

Sometimes my penis can get a little cold during the day and a few times I felt a tingling in the glans as if not much blood was getting to that area.

In short, this is all, my penis is unable to obtain a valid erection, my penis feels less vascular and sometimes I feel tingling where the scars are, I tried to contact the doctor who removed the prosthesis three days ago but he didn't he answers me again, what should I do, what can I do to try to resolve this situation? Thank you for any replies and thank you for giving attention to this post

Hi Mak2025,

I am sorry to hear about your journey of struggles.

What helped me with the ED from Peyronies Disease is to take daily low dose Cialis (2.5-5mg).
Before that I was unable to gain and hold a full erection.

Did you discuss with your urologist/andrologist if continue taking low dose daily Cialis is an option for your condition?

Kind regards
T.
