Hello everyone.  I just recently had my second appointment with my urologist.  He came recommended by my original urologist, specialists in peyronie's disease.  I always take 100 mg of sildifol for sex, my urologist wants me to start taking 5mg of cialis daily for increase blood flow in my penis.  My concern is I'm worried it won't make me hard enough during sex. He told me it could and I was allowed to take my sildifol on top of that as needed during planned sexual activity. I'm worried of overdose? He reassured me it's ok or I might not need sildifol.  Any advise or experience with anyone would greatly be helpful.  Thank you all. I'm 4 months into my peyronie's.

Hello! Several members here mix cialis with Viagra. As long as the dosage is not too strong and you tolerate it well you should have no issues. But I understand your concern. I had it too. For me cialis works fine, so I don't need it.

You can have a box of ''sudafed'' nasal decongestant with you for extra safety to help bring the erection down if it doesn't subside on it's own when and if you try.

Please also have a look at this website to know what works and what doesn't, according to the latest guidelines.

Hello.

I been taking 5mg Cialis for almost 20 months now.  It's worked great for me but every case is kinda unique.  What works for one doesn't always work for the other.

All the best!

Sudafed nasal decongestant?

You mean there's a way to bring an erection down using this?

My peyronies started after 2 years of lots of sex.

I would often take high doses of Cialis and Viagra and thought nothing of it until I developed Peyronies Disease earlier this year.

Now I'm on Tadalafil 5mg daily.

Bumping this thread as had no response.

It's good to know that Sudafed Decongestant tablets are taken as a precaution after higher doses of Sildenafil and Tadalafil.

It's 4 tablets you take? It contains Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride.

One tablet contains 60mg. So a dosage of 240mg is needed to prevent a prolonged erection?
