I signed up a long time ago, but I'm kind of new here and not familiar with the forum. I'm 33 with mild peyronie's (last doppler a year ago) in the middle of my shaft. I just read Hawk's post on a beginners' intro to peyroines, and his point on avoiding sex/masterbation with a subpar erection really resonated with me. I had a bad Adderall addiction that also acted as an aphrodisiac, which would make me masterbate for hours on end with a subpar erection or even flaccid. I quit the Adderall, and the HG remained, but when I was fully erect, it would go away. After my doppler, my urologist told me that although I did have some peyronie's in the midshaft, my problem was mostly phycological . He wrote me a trimix script for that since I was already on 20 mg Cialis daily. I realized I didn't need the trimix after a few sticks and returned to the Cialis. My erections have been strong for almost a year, and then 2 weeks ago I was with a girl that gave me some Adderall, and I relapsed, took it, and masterbated for like 12 hours or so, fluctuating from hard, semi-hard, flaccid.

After this latest incident, my HG is more pronounced, especially on the center left side. I hate the indention. My morning wood has become much more rare, and I have been taking 20 mg of cialis daily in hopes of getting it back, as well as COQ10. I've also dusted the cobwebs off of my old Restorex to hopefully help. I'm getting a Doppler on the 19th because I'm worried about this and tempted to get an IPP even though I can still get natural erections to avoid the anxiety, but I'm also scared of that route.

Using Restorex sometimes strengthens my erections and sometimes makes them WORSE for a day or, if I'm unlucky, a few days. Have any of you had a similar experience? Also, can I use L-arginine with Cialis for healing?

In a word, no similar experience and haven't read about similar cases.  Just replying since you have a lot of reads but no replies.  Sorry can't help, other than to say that it sounds like you need to stay off the Adderall.  Also while I'm not a physician, my understanding is that L-arginine doesn't have any proven effect on Peyronies Disease so ask your doctor but I don't see it helping.  
I hope some other forum members have some better info for you.

Thanks PeyroniKirai, I got the Arginine idea from Hawks Peyroines survival guide. I think it was referenced by Dr. Levine as part of the PAV cocktail. Penta (something), Arginine, Viagra. Steering clear of the adderall but when its right in front of me hard to resist.

I see - okay, didn't intend to go against Hawk!  Stay off the Adderall buddy.

Dr Levine is my Dr and he has L-Arginine as part of his treatment plan. It promotes nitric oxide which is beneficial for eretions. I have been taking it off and on and can definitely say that I do notice a difference in erection quality and energy boost. In terms of peyronies all I can say is that it has possibly helped in it but it is difficult to document. Yes I have heard about adderal causing increased sex drive from many people. I would also steer clear from the Trimix as it has actually caused peyronies from inducing fibrosis where the injection occurs.
