Lost

Hello everyone and I hope I would find help for this frustrating situation. sorry if it's too long the most important part and my current situation is the last half.

so my story starts about 3.5 years ago, I had a congenital curve to the left from the base since I could remember as well as some torsion level  counterclockwise.

I was always a stomach sleeper adjusting my penis to the left side, and up and left while erect. so in that day I fell asleep on my stomach with tight pants on and my penis pointing down and left and feet and legs elevated and woke up in the morning in the middle of a sexual dream with a sharp pain in my upper right shaft close to the base (the direction of the injury was down and left) and immediately lost my erection. after I woke up the pain went away so I got erect again and masturbated and ejaculated to check that everything was working and it did so I was glad I didn't fracture it since I read that it would be turning colors and not able to erect which didn't happen.

I noticed that my curve to the left worsened which I was depressed about for the first few days as I was already curved to the left, as well as some tighter area on the upper right side where the initial pain was. as well as some hardening of the connection of the base to body in the left and right sides of it. eventually kept on with my life, at the first time I noticed some pain from flashlight that wasn't painful before and I adjusted my masturbation technique since then from a full hand grip which I did before to just fingers on the up and down side which felt more conformable with the new curve.

at the first year and half or so or could be maybe more I felt occasional pain while walking outside in jeans flaccid, especially climbing upstairs. It became better as time passed or I learned to walk more safely to not get the pain over time, I still feel somewhat uncomfortable now sometimes so maybe it didn't fully went away. I didn't have pain while erect and not clothed but would feel some stretching feelings in my down-left base shaft the direction which the initial injury was while masturbating which I didn't think much of then and just eased the speed. also noticed a cold glans a few months after the injury which I have till today.

about a year and a half ago I noticed severe narrowing of the base of my penis that I didn't remember before but because I had pubic hair covering my base for the most of those 2 years maybe it started before and I didn't notice. as well as a "hollow" and light feeling of my flacid penis compared to what it was before even after the injury. I was super "grower" before but now my penis began to hang more down and often get semi rigid while urinating  which didn't happen before. there was also hourglassing in cold weather after urinating that would seem better on other occasions, and occasionally on the first stage of an erection my penis would get an extreme curve to the left which would return to my normal curve which was not that severe, at first this more severe curve at first happened rarely (like once in few weeks or days) but then it began to happen more frequently to almost every erection at some period. also getting erections while clothed or something holding my penis is often painful now as in the first time.

about half a year ago I felt nostalgic to my old straighter penis so I tried to hand tract it to the right which caused pain on the left upper side of the base where it didn't hurt before and throbbing vain pain sensation there so I stopped and found online about peyronie's disease and the points of my symptoms kind of linked.

I've been to a Uro about few monthes ago mainly because of a severe Erectile Dysfunction I developed then that thankfully became better since but told him about my curve as well and showed him a picture in the the semi rigid position with the maximum curve. he told me there is nothing to do about peyronie's besides operation a year and a half after I first came to him (although I told him my injury was 3 years ago he said that if it didn't bother me it doesn't count).

where I'm currently standing is a not too big curve left in my own calculations about 1/4 way from the base (about 10-20 degrees to the left but could be wrong) as well as a curve down from the same point which is more pronounced on the left side than right of Idk how many degrees but when I have maximum full erection (I rarely have those) it seems to somewhat even and straighten but the curve left seems to actually increase to a maximum. my base before this "breaking" point down and left is much narrower than the rest of my penis which could be seen especially from down and less from up which is why I didn't noticed it before. I feel slight pain while erect masturbating and ejaculating at the sight of the injury "ring" where my hour glassing is. mostly on the down left side, but I can feel the plaque only on the upper right side which is less painful.

currently the curve bothers me less than the loss of girth on my base especially on that hour glassing "ring" point, should I see another uro and try to treat it? I read that treatment that reduces the curve narrows or decreases the girth because the former healthy tissue is gone and if the scar tissue is reduced nothing is there instead. I would actually prefer to stay with my current curve over something that could decrease my base girth even more.

is there any treatment that might somehow restore my lost girth in my base? should I just continue on with my life, can i actually lose even more girth even after 3.5 years after my injury?

my glans often feels colder on the right side and less sensitive too, is it a circulation problem?  often without a maximum erection I also have a very soft glans while erect.

I also kept sleeping on my stomach with some adjustments which I now think could have make my situation worse with more mini Traumas I can't remember, currently trying to switch to back sleeping.

I'm also a virgin with no sexual experience so I have no idea how it could effect my future sex life besides that I can't preform heavy or fast movement that I could without pain while my penis was more elastic without plaques and no idea if I could preform comfortable penetration.

Thanks!

I think your best bet is to start traction therapy and VED therapy.
VED 10-15min/day and traction therapy 6hrs/day. You can use the penimaster pro or the phallosan forte+.

For VED I recommend a LeLuv pump and cylinder:

You should also ask your doc for taking 3kmg L-citrulline, cialis, and pentox.

DMSO alone will do nothing. DMSO is simply a carrier so you need to combine it with something else. Check out the DMSO+X thread in the alternative treatments section. For you I think mixing DMSO with PABA or Vitamin-C because of how long it has been. Just make sure to read the thread on how to use properly.

You can also add 60-90 minutes of traction with RestoreX to do curve counter traction. It's a crap ton of work but it's your best bet to avoid surgery. If after a year or two of doing this you don't see significant improvements then surgery is probably your next choice. That depends a lot on your deformity, erectile function, and preference.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Also, find a true Peyronie's doctor. Any Doctor that says to just observe and that there's nothing to do is completely incompetent. Traction and VED are proven therapies along with Cialis. Pentox cannot hurt and might help.

Lost97, welcome to the forum.  You literally have found the best resource available to give you support and information.

The very first thing that every member should direct a new member to is the Peyronies Survival Guide.  It was a group effort refined over many months of edits and re-writes.  I am confident there is no place on the planet to get more information in such a condensed form.  It tells what you need to know now and gives enough education on the basics that you can ask an informed questions.

Since you were not offered that link, here it is.  Please read it carefully and refer back to it in the weeks ahead. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

I also want to commend you on a thorough first post.  That helps a lot.  Even more important is that you place some of that key information in a signature line, so it appears under the line below every post and every private message you send on the forum.  It saves member the time of asking and saves you the effort of constantly retyping.  More importantly, you will get better answers.  Here is a link.  The first post in this topic explains how to make a signature line. Please do this as soon as possible. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html

Hello, you could look into extra tunical grafting and read about that for girth increase to correct narrowing, buckling.
