I really need your help guys. I don't know what to do anymore. I injured my penis in late 2017 which caused me horrible penile and pelvic pain, swelling and some other symptoms for quite some time.

After about 7 months, the pain along with some of the symptoms went away, which was a huge relief, but unfortunately one of the worst symptoms remained to this day: the hard flaccid and penis swelling and heaviness.

My flaccid penis is so stiff, hardened and heavy, it's like it has tripled the weight it used to have before the injury and lost most of its flexibility.

I've been to three urologists already (one of them also an andrologist) and all told me I had nothing. Got a doppler ultrasound done which showed I had a superficial thrombophlebitis on my glans but the doctor only told me to take NSAIDs for the pain.

Due to how heavy my penis is and because of gravity, when doing certain things I always have to be very careful not to crush py penis with my own body weight, so it can become quite uncomfortable (and sometimes painful) to do something as basic as sitting, laying in bed (the only position which isn't uncomfortable for my penis is laying on my back) or running/moving quickly (which I almost never did for the past two years since my injury, only if I really needed to). I'm also not able to sleep for too long since it's hard to lay in a confortable position in bed.

This has been hell and I really don't know what to do anymore. Please help me...

Really sorry to hear man, I remember your case, as it is similar to mine.  I'm in month 8 of very similar Hard Flaccid and my Peyronies Disease case has turned severe, over 70 degrees dorsal curve and narrowing.   I did start Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy about 5 weeks ago and have been going weekly since.  It hasn't solved my hard flaccid, but there are definitely more times now where it is more like it used to be before all this crap hit me.   It also solved other issues with deuce dropping, and overall pain levels / discomfort.
45 Yrs old, Peyronies Disease Onset 11/2019, Stabilized 6/2020.

Dent/Hourglassing distal and dorsal side, lost length and girth.

Underwent Plication with Dr. Brian Christine in Birmingham, AL on 6/17/2021. Fully recovered with no complications.

I let others respond since my experience with this specific condition is limited.  My first instinct would be hot soaks in Epsom salts and massage.  I would likely try strong Epsom salts and soak only my penis in a large mouth bottle pressed close to my body.

I would try Acetyl L Carnitine for pain or discomfort since it is often effective with Peyronies Disease pain.

I remember you too, I'm also sorry to know about your curve worsening. Hope you can recover soon and not get stuck with this for almost 3 years like me...

I tried something similar to that (but without Epsom salts) one year ago, it didn't work out very well since my testicles are also swollen like my penis, so they're hanging quite low most of the time since my injury. Because of that it's a bit difficult to "detach" my flaccid penis (with its current heaviness) from my balls while at the same time putting it inside something like a large mouth bottle (or anything else) without it being uncomfortable for my testicles. ยด

Thanks for the help anyway.

I fixed the hard flaccidity, after 5 years of the disease.
I went to a pelvic floor kinesiology, and also manual penis stretches in a flaccid state, stretches for a short time and slowly without hurting.
I can feel and palpate a lesion in the urethral area / corpus spongiosum at the base of the penis, I have no doubt that this is the problem.
Do you have the golf ball symptom ?, I also cured that by doing some contractions.
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

Tobyg, What about surgery!? Can his case be fixed by surgery option?
Young and regularly thinking about this issue
Peyronie's without curvature since April 2012 due to injury
Almost constant discomfort and Loss of penile sensation
Still fighting - trying to find a top famous specialist

You don't mention any deformity or loss of size during erection and you don't mention any ED.  So I would say surgery is not an option

I've got HF too, (along with a small scar tissue site on base of penis which as of now, no size loss, gained it all back).

I still have moderate to severe ED. As of now, I'm chalking it up to HF. Hopefully not venous leak, which it could be. (getting tested this Wednesday).

My question to you is, do you still have any ED? I know it's common in HF sufferers.
