Hey Everyone,

I was an active member of the forum beginning in 2009 through 2011. Most of my symptoms of Peyronies were resolved, except for some remaining leftward curvature. I recently decided to try Restorex for the leftward curvature, which I purchased. Now I am back here to assist others.

Here is my play by play:

February 2009- Woke up one morning with a noticeable curve (thought it was worse than it is)

March 2009- Woke up with severe pain during erection and flaccid states

April 2009- Went to urologist, not diagnosed, prescribed motrin

Summer 2009- Flaccid pain ends, erection pain remains

August 2009- Went to different urologist, diagnosed with peyronie's
Prescribed: Hydrocortisone cream, 1600 mg vitamin E, 20 days prednisone
Pain is halved from an 8 down to a 4

October 2009- Went back to urologist, hydrocortisone discontinued, prescribed 30 days alleve
Anxiety about condition causes Erectile Dysfunction

November 2009- Pain pretty much ends except for pulling effect from the scar tissue
Begin L-arginine (1000 mg per day) and erections return

December 2009- See Dr. Levine in Chicago
Ultrasound shows minimal plaque and excellent (100%) bloodflow
Curvature at 19 upwards and 16 left
Vitamin E discontinued, arginine increased to 2000 mg per day, Pentox (3 pills per day), traction device (about to begin)
Pain ends and scar tissue becomes less noticeable from pentox

September 2010-
Had a very busy summer. I saw Dr. Levine in June and all is progressing well. I am now 8 months into fastsize. Have reduced curvature by about 1/3 (happy about this), have gained almost 1 inch length and quarter of an inch girth (I lost no size for either originally). I will be on pentox/fastsize until December, then Dr. Levine said to discontinue all treatment.

December 2010- Discontinued fastsize and all medication.

December 2010-July 2020- Everything normal

July 2020- I read about Restorex and would like to try and fully correct my leftward curvature (both flaccid and erect), so I purchased Restorex.

Sometimes seeing people here who were in this forum or sit in this forum since 2005-2010 - destroying my young mind. I don't know why, but it looks stuck and scary. lol
Young and regularly thinking about this issue
Peyronie's without curvature since April 2012 due to injury
Almost constant discomfort and Loss of penile sensation
Still fighting - trying to find a top famous specialist

Congratulations on some success.

So basically, it did not get much worse?  You woke up with it one day and there was curvature and ir didn't really progress over the year?

I hope my curvature stays the same over the next year and it would be a blessing if it improved, it is only about 5-10 degrees right but I am scared about it progressing.  Been about 1 month.

I wonder what the ratio is between those who get worse and those who keep the same amount of curvature that they originally noticed from the beginning?

Guy, if this a new curve and it's only been a month please consider treatment as it could likely quickly worsen.  Start by reading the guide and bring back your questions: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Thanks.  I am trying to get in to see a Urologist but my GP wants to do an ultrasound first which I have set up at the end of July.

I did start some supplements.  Don't want to do traction or ved yet because I don't know if it is Peyronie's for sure.

Thanks. I just woke up with the curvature one day and it did not get worse. The pain got worse and then better.

So looking at your timeline, it took about 6 months for pain to get better?

Thanks

Sucks to be back 10 years later, yet, you made the right choice. Congrats. Good luck with the device!

Correct about 6-7 months. One day I woke up and it was gone.
