I'm also Brazilian, I'm 29 years old and I would like to help you if I can.
My condition is congenital curvature. But its solution is not too different from Peyronie's.
Do not undergo surgery unless you find a good doctor in Sao Paulo, the state capital. I know the name of 2 andrologists, and yes, they are particular doctors and also expensive. But their results makes your money worth spending.
In August, 2012 I underwent surgery to correct my penile congenital malformation. Unfortunately my urologist deceived me because actually he doesn't know how to correct male genital deformities surgically; actually he didn't correct anything in me, he put a lot of nasty polypropylene stitches internally which I hadn't been informed about before the surgery (Nesbit technique). Now I am suing that terrible doctor as he's also responsible for forgery of documents, inasmuch as he surreptitiously adulterated my medical records in the hospital alleging that I had been correctly informed about everything that was going to happen to me! Can you believe that?
