Just thought I would try looking for some information on this forum.  Noticed a change in my penis about 6 months ago.  I have always had a slight curve, but this sudden change involved some pain and a noticeable increase in the curvature.  I think I have also lost some length.  Sex is now difficult, but possible.  I went to a urologist and he felt the fiber in my shaft and said it is Peyronies.  He told me about all of the treatment options (none of which sounded good) and told me to come back in 6 months to see if it has stabilized.  I have a good partner and solid marriage, she doesn't seem to think it is as big a deal as I do.

Docs often take a wait and see approach, but for  most it worsens without treatment.  Check out the survival guide:  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

He mentioned several treatments including pills, injections and surgery.  He said injections were the most effective solution, but he didn't sound very encouraging.  I don't know what would or wouldn't be worth trying.
