Age - 54

Age at onset of Peyronies Disease / or I have had Peyronies Disease for X Years - 1 year

Very First Symptoms - Blood in semen, followed by pain and then small lump which gradually got bigger and longer on top side of penis, causing 75deg bend to the left

My Peyronies Disease progression, Treatments (in order), Doctors, Psychological Stages, observable changes -
Gradually got worse from the onset to where i am now with 75deg curve to the left. Used to be 7.5 inches erect, likely have lost at least an inch.
Taking vitamin e and Cp-enzyme Q10, not really noticing any improvement.
Been to see Professor David Ralph in London who recommened a SonoCorrect pump which i have been using. Noticed some improvement in blood flow but nothing else.
Erections are hit and miss, but very solid with Viagra and still able to have good sexual relations with my wife of 27 years.

Where I am today, future plans -
Went for second consultation this week with Prof Ralph and he confirmed 75deg bend to left some curvature upwards. Ultrasound revealed calcified plaque, however with exceptional blood flow and therefore he has recommended a Lue procedure, which i have been told will protect any further loss in length.
I am very nervouse about the procedure as really do not want to lose any further length or the ability to obtain a natural erection.
Operation planned for next month.
Will keep you posted on how it goes.

Welcome SkyDiver,

A couple of things.  I am pretty certain the blood in the semen was not Peyronies Disease related even if it occurred at the same time.  That was either a prostate issue or a broken capillary in the urethra.

Be aware that NOTHING connected to the Lue procedure will address any degree of ED.  In fact, it could possibly but not usually worsen ED.  Ed tends to be progressive with age.  I would very strongly consider an implant so you do not face two surgeries because a Titan implant will completely straighten you without any loss of length and likely a regain of some length.  It has less chance of complications if done by a high volume implant surgeon.  No chance of graft detachment experienced by many men.

I would recommend you post some quests in the implant board below and talk to men that have been totally fixed by implants.  Some were men who had less than good grafting issues.

Best regards
Hawk

Thanks for the advice Hawk.
When I had the ultrasound I had my blood flow measured and it was very good. I have never had an issue with getting or retaining an erection.
Personally I think the implant will be a sledgehammer to crack a nut approach.
Prof. Ralph is a very renowned surgeon so I am hoping that the outcome will be positive.

I understand your thinking Skydiver, I thought you said erections are hit or miss.  I must have misunderstood that part of your post.
