In February 2019 I've noticed a lump on the left side of my penis an hardening in flaccid state. My penis now bends to the left both in flaccid and erect state. Currently taking ALCAR, QoC10, Citrulline Malat and daily Cialis (not so frequently though, that crap is expensive). Also started massaging vit E + olive oil on penis. The lump definitely remodelled and is now flatter and less palpable than when I first noticed it. Can I have sex as long as I get no pain? When I didn't fap or have sex for like 3 days I get almost no pain when having sex once, but if I go for a second round after that, my penis hurts a bit.. so can I have sex? Like once every 3 days.. my urologist told me not to have too much sex. He also didn't want to prescribe pentox/potaba to me because of severe side effects.... is he right? How important is pentox/potaba? I'm only 22 yrs old lmao

I would say that if you can have sex every 3 days or so with no pain, it would be OK to do sex about once or twice a week. This is, however, if you still don't have any pain doing it. Only do sex once at a time, no seconds!

If you have sex repeatedly in the same session you could have someone less firm erection which causes some repeated bending or compression of the shaft with each movement.  That could aggravate the area.  Make sure sex is well lubricated whether natural or artificially for the same reason.

Most people have few side-effects from Pentox and most temporary side-effects are considered worth it if it saves your penis size or functioning.  If the side-effects are too annoying you can always discontinue use.
