I am in my 20s and I think I might have peyronies. I have made posts in other sections of my symptoms and people have been extremely helpful explaining the details.

I was of the opinion that my condition must be congenital but more I look into it, it might actually be peyronies that wasnt caused by one big injury but by small injuries over time.

I have family history of many people being diabetics and people with high blood pressure issues as well.

I have had occasional bad erections and once in a while complete "no erection" for quite some years but attributed it to the mild depression I have had for some years as I had read about the psychological factor for ED.

I did not have a good erection a month ago and slight tingling in my left side along with some inflammation so I researched into it and found out about peyronies and other things related to penis health like morning wood. My NPTs have been irregular for the last few years and I had no idea they were that important.

Since last month, I have been seeing more bad erections, some spongy small mass on my left side (I am not sure if it would be characterized as a lump from what I have seen on the internet), vein like chords that were not there before and which are more prominent during erections. Though the curvature has not increased my length and girth has decreased in erect state.

I will be booking an appointment with a physician and urologist soon to figure it out. What steps should I take until I get into the doctors office? Any precautions?
1] I have moved to an anti-inflammatory diet - is spicy food considered inflammatory or anti?
2] Should I keep going to gym and do weights and cardio? What exercises should I avoid and what should I do?
3] Should I start taking Vitamin E or any such supplement that I can get off amazon
4] Should I do manual hand traction as demonstrated by Neo
5] Or just keep living as I am until the doctors and reports say something?
6] These are the test I am planning to get done - testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin., thyroid hormone levels, complete blood count (CBC), blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride urine test, A1C, lipid profile,  blood pressure and an annual physical checkup.
Should I do all of them? Should I add any more?

I am going to be abstaining from masturbation or follow
QuoteNever binge masturbate, always be 100% erect when you do masturbate, don't tighten your pelvic area. Limit masturbation to once a week or LESS and only when you're extremely aroused.
from Neo.
I masturbated a couple of times when I was not fully erect and I think it may have added on to the problems.
Can anyone explain to me why anything other than full erections are bad and tightening of pelvic area?

Hey man, I'm glad you're finding the forum helpful. I'm younger than you are and I couldn't stop freaking out in the beginning and that ofc added on to my problems... but the forum provides with great info most of the time. Which is great
Anyway, let me answer your questions properly ;)
1) Spicy foods are often looked at as very anti-inflammatory. I know for a fact that chili's and cayenne pepper both have anti-inflammatory properties. Me personally have not cut out spicy food from my diet.
2) When it comes to working out, DONT stop doing that. I cannot stress this enough. Exercise is great for the human body and mind, weather you have peyronies or not. Squats and cardio are both amazing for increased blood flow to the pelvic area, to the whole body for that matter.
3) I always put my thumbs up when it comes to supplements, even tho I'm fairly new to this i still value oral supplements a lot. It really can't do any harm, just don't "overdose" anything, or at least don't start taking a supplement without doing the proper research. That goes without saying.
4) Hold off on traction until you get a proper diagnosis from a good doctor. This is kind of hypocritical of me to say, since I myself don't have a diagnosis. But where I'm from, urologists don't do crap. And they don't believe in anything else than surgery.
Anyway, traction could make things worse if there's active inflammation going on in your dick. I wouldn't risk anything yet. I'd rather keep a clean diet with good exercise + potential supplements if I were you. That pretty much covers your 5th question as well.
Lastly, the tests you're planning on taking are definitely in your favor. Can't do any harm, and you will probably get closure to a lot of your worries.
Hope this help.
God bless you

My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.
