Peyronie's can improve and get much better. Please read the forums extensively.

Traction and VED therapy is very helpful, as well as the supplements and lifestyle changes.
It takes a while to get improvement, so don't give up!

That's hard to say, since your erection quality is destined to lower in general as you age.

Treat your penis as you treat your body in general and your physical age. Realize that yes, time is always "against you," but always do your best to prevent any damage to your body and stay as healthy as possible.

You will be surprised at how good of erections you may get even years after first getting Peyronie's. It depends on many many factors. Strive for the best, forget the rest. I have to constantly remind myself that this is out of my hands. Beyond doing everything in my power to improve my situation, some of it will always be outside of my control. Focus on what IS in your control.

Just commit to making your penis, the best version of your penis as possible (hah).
