update on my condition

Okay....i'm about 1 year and 6 months since the initial diagnosment......my condition has gradually worsened.....I now have some pain with erections,but i'm still able to have an orgasm from masturbation......i'm single and since this has happened.....I have no confidence and almost no desire to even try to meet women......i'm not doing good emotionally at all......and as if all this wasn't enough.....my penis seems to have really shortened......has this happened to any of you?   I know this isn't gonna help me but I feel completely defeated.

Many here understand how you feel. Many of us felt that way when we first found out we had this strange disease. I encourage you to stay positive, there are things you can do. This forum is full of information but it is a long slow battle to win. Don't let this defeat you mentally.
