Hello, I am a 25 years old italian guy. I had an injury 18 month ago,  and started my nightmare. The first period the doctors laugh me saying was all ok, so i did nothing. After one years the syntoms became more evident, Not a palpable  plaque, but a hourglass deformity on the top under the glan (where i had the injury) and a bent on the base, really evident only when flaccid. No morning  Woods,  no spontaneus erection, total lost of libido and a severe DE. A doctor understood  that something was wrong Even if the doppler ultrasuond didn t find anything evident, so gave me vitamina E. Obviusly no improve. In december my girl After 7 years leave me and i didn t saw or listen her anymore. I did another doppler ultrasound and """""" finally""""""" found diffuse fibrosis in 2 location, Not an hard plaque, and maybe that's why the other doctor didn t find anything.
I started about two week ago with:
- potaba
- trental 3x400
- l-carnitine 1000 mg
- propoli

I Read that mostly have an hard plaque, but it don t seem to be my case. Is there anyone with a diffuse condition?

What else my life is destroyed and I don't know what to do.

Any advice???

I am new here as well, similar problem that you have docotrs laughed at me went to 4 urologists ,emergency room, finally the 5th doctor said it was Peyronie's..u can read in my introduction post if u want to know more...

But I can tell u this, everyone here is suffering from the same thing , it is life changing. Connecting with most people in life about this is worthless, when u say to them " you don't understand" they really don't.

The best thing u can do is look forward, at this point , we cannot go back in time.. Everyone wishes they could but that's life.

Just realize that no matter what you have to stay optimistic, focus all the frustration into exercising, and keep the mindset of "it could be worse". I can't tell you how many times I have said to myself I would cut my finger off just so it wouldn't be this but the point is that just a thought. Just like , someone with cancer would rather trade you for ur condition, that's also just a thought. It could always be worse man..

Eat and anti inflammatory diet, exercise, and focus on yourself , things will slowly get better...and just remember ur mood afects others too...so cheer ur , you will be more noticed and people that you interact with whether loved ones or strangers will feel better around you.

Be strong!!

Hey bud!

You are not alone! I was just diagnosed with Peyronies after 6 months, after having sex with GF without condom. My frenulum is very short and it might have suffered some kind of injury, internally. I suspect that urologist is wrong but... who knows. ******* a**hole didn't even look at my penis. I went to another one and said that for now is impossible to diagnose Peyronies. Now that I read your post, I might have fibrosis, I don't know. I have a constant cold/burning sensation that somehow is connected to my anus and I'm about to enter in depression. I made a lot of analysis (scrotum ultrasound, penile ultrasound, prostate ultrasound, blood tests, urine tests) and they are all negative. Burning sensation is constant, I get a little better when I'm in bed. Did you have any of this symptoms until you realize after a year that you had fibrosis? Please, tell us about your initial symptoms, during first year.

Cheers buddy
