Im a 18 years old young man
My first symptom revelead itself around January 2015(A year ago), i had a dent on the top side of the shaft, at first i thought it was nothing but then i started to have really bad pain when getting an erection(i really started to notice it while trying to go asleep or waking up). At that point i didn't do so much about it, i figured it would pass but it didn't.
It soon became worse as i started to notice a bend upwards, i used to have a fairly strait penis. I let this go on for about 1-2 months( and i was masturbating like every second day during these months), i told my parents after a while and they helped me get a doctors appointment(I was still 17 at this time) first I went to see a regular doctor and i explained to him my symptoms and what i felt and he said ''It might very well be peyronies'' (Which I already was suspecting since I had been browsing the internet) but he couldn't do much besides examine my flaccid penis and squeeze here and there on it, he said he couldn't decide what it was so he sent me to a urologist, it took 5 months for me to get an appointment with the urologist and when i got there he just asked me simple questions about my symptoms and i explained everything to him, he said there isn't much to do and i should return if it got worse, but i demanded that he atleast examine my flaccid penis and so he did. He said he could feel that it was a bit harder on the right side of my shaft and he also said ''It is probably peyronies'' so i left the hospital with a very inconclusive diagnosis(Which I do not like at all)

I will explain how my penis used to look and how it looks now.
It used to be roughly 16 cm long and symmetrical lines(I mean it looked pretty much exactly the same on both sides of the penis, no lumps or bumps)

Now it is about 15-15.5 cm long and bends upwards about 20-30 degrees and i have a dent on the right side under my glans which can be seen everytime i get an erection and be felt as a hard lump when flaccid, and under the dent there is like a bump which i can't tell if its my original girth that hasn't changed or a lump, and under that is like a ring under my skin that goes around my penis( like if you put a rubber band around a cylinder) and it can be seen while i have an erect penis. The ring is like white-ish skin color-ish color.
My left side also has the ring(As I said before the ring is situated maybe in the middle of my erect penis or 1 cm below), but the left upper side looks much better and i dont have the same indent like on the right side.

I started noticing the ring around august-september 2015, I have no memories of this before these months. And i started noticing the dent maybe in June-July 2015
I have to add that I was really broken about this so I masturbated alot(I don't know why, I guess I was in denial and I wanted everything to be as it was)
And this might have caused the dent on the right side because I remember having some pain there after masturbating. The original peyronies plaque(which haven't really gotten confirmed) was on the top side and it made my penis bend upward.

I feel pain when getting an erection but sometimes when i'm really aroused i only have minimal pain. But often i get medium to severe pain that can be felt on the top side(Where it bends upward)
I don't have any pain on the hard lump/(dents inwards when erect) on the right when i get an erection but dull pain may occur randomly when my penis is flaccid and SOMETIMES when i poke the lump gently(I've gotten addicted to poking it with the tip of my index finger)

I have no pain while urinating and I have no pain while ejaculating.

I want to get another appointment with my urologist but it may take a while.

I live in a country where health care is free so there is no cost.

I have no girlfriend(The syndrom has made me reject any kind of intimacy or flirt)

I am worried, and I am not worried about the peyronies, I am worried that it may be something else that will either kill me or leave me horribly maimed for the rest of my life.
I'm suffering mentally from this, I barely even leave my house anymore(except for school).

I would love to get everyones opinion on this

Kind Regards a worried young male

'Probably Peyronies' is nowhere near good enough. Your Urologist is a disgrace!

I don't know the position with the health system in your country, but if at all possible, get an appointment with a competent Urologist. You need a a definitive diagnosis. Don't be put off with Vit E and 'let's wait and see'

From what you describe it may well be Peyronies. You certainly have some problem with your penis, however, and you need to know where you stand.

In the meantime, read all you can on this site. Arm yourself with as much knowledge about the disease as possible. If your Urologist sees that you know what you're talking about, they will probably have to take your problem far more seriously.
