Welcome everybody with same problem!
I am 68 and have this problem from about 3 years now. I'm trying to looking for help anywhere but uro's because they are rather unhelpful here where I live.
Like all of You I have Peyronie disease (about 30 degrees to the left). I lost 2-3 centimeters of length. My Uro prescribed me vitamin E but it was only waste of time. I found Serrapeptase and Nattokinase useful for stopping pain and temporary slowing disease progression but nothing to do with reverse symptoms. For now I take Serrapeptase with vitamin D once a day in the evening. I tried DMSO with Iodine compresses for the night but results were less than average. Now I am trying iontophoresis of Verapamil (first two doses) and red light heating a side of penis where plaque is.
I think that with a disease one has to fight and can not give up!

Nutritionally, consider that you might be Magnesium Deficient.  Peyronie's (PDS) is a fibrosis condition, and most such conditions seem to be associated with Magnesium Deficiency.  Modern farming techniques strip Magnesium out of our food supply.  Magnesium Chloride is a good place to start.  Magnesium Citrate is more bioavailable, and there is even a topical solution which might work better still.

This condition has many varieties, and what works for one may not work for you.  Don't despair if you don't have success right away.  Patience is key.

Traction and VED (Vacuum Erection Device) are both tools in this battle.  Old Man is the resident VED expert.  In either traction or VED, caution is important.  Introduction of "new" injury will only make things worse.

Good Luck,

kuaka
